Warning: This residence is a family home which is not intended to accommodate groups wishing to organize noisy parties, harmful to the close neighborhood. The garden is adjoining two dwellings occupied during the year and for some time, we have been receiving complaints related to noise pollution (see below for more details).

We offer for rent a large character house for 22 people in an enclosed garden. This house built in 1852 by a nephew of the inventors of the hot air balloon has kept its soul and its authenticity over the generations.
We have renovated it to give it a standard of comfort: large bright and well-equipped kitchen, 5 completely redone bathrooms and 5 toilets, swimming pool...

NEW: From 2022, wishing to streamline our offer and provide quality service, cleaning and linen will be included in the rental price. In addition, our tenants will find the beds made upon their arrival.

The pool is heated from mid-May to mid-October and protected by an electric shutter (safety standards) to which we have added a fence. You have 10 deckchairs to relax, read or sunbathe.
An old orangery located at the end of the garden is not inhabited but houses the table tennis on the ground floor. Access to the floor is prohibited.

We have set up a wooden terrace in the shade of 2 cedars with 3 metal tables and 18 chairs. You can plan grills on the large plancha with 4 independent burners and a small barbecue.

We offer several types of games: ping-pong, petanque, recent bar table football, badminton, swing, children's games, board games.
A grand piano is available to you in the living room and reserved for pianists. This is a beautiful PLEYEL brand piano and we thank you for being careful to preserve it in good condition.
You also have a private tennis court, in quick (average condition but playable).

This house is located in a quiet little village, where you will find a few small shops.
Points of vigilance: The house being located in the heart of the village, it is imperative to respect the tranquility of the neighbors. No noise and music on the terrace from 10 p.m.
The swimming pool is prohibited after 10 p.m.

It enjoys a beautiful environment: wooded hills, culminating at 900 m allowing hikes or walks, starting on foot from the house.

HomeAway management fees and tourist tax must be added to the rental price.
In winter, it is necessary to consider an additional cost linked to heating which is calculated in proportion to the gas consumed.

Arrival and departure times:
Reservation of a weekend: arrival between 5 and 7 p.m. on Friday; departure until 6:30 p.m. on Sunday
One-week booking: arrival between 5 and 7 p.m. on Saturday; departure no later than 9:30 the following Saturday.
