“Great location, literally across the road from the architectural marvel, the Govett Brewster gallery and just a few minutes walk to the waterfront, the Len Lye Wind Wand and the Puke Ariki Museum. Lots of restaurants and cafes just a short stroll away. The studio units are quite small and have minimal kitchen facilities if that matters (it didn’t to me), but they have all the essentials.
