“When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. ”

“The apartment is very well located, the house is what you can see in the pictures, the kitchen has everything you need. There are only some lamps but it has a lot of natural light. The owner checked quickly the mail, it was easy the arrival time, but I was not allowed to store the bags the last day to pick them up later. Only one small hiccup when checking in as you have to call the call box to be let in and no one was answering the phone. Luckily someone who lived in the building came up and let us in the building as we could not get in contact with the property managers. Monoprix steps away if you want to cook. One queen bed and four twin beds in 3 rooms have good blackout curtains. Living room has internet tv. All super convenient, clean and comfortable.”
