The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and is complemented by a bar area. This level also includes 1 bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as a shower room with WC. A terrace accessible directly from the living area extends your living space outdoors, benefiting from a south-facing position with stunning views of the sea and the bay.

The upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms, bringing the total to 3 bedrooms across the property. The first of these rooms features sloping ceilings and is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second room contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A full bathroom and a separate WC serve this floor.
