Gîte “Des 3 Suissesses” with Private Terrace, Pool, Wi-Fi, and Charging Station

Located in Saint-Paul, this 230 m² holiday home welcomes up to 11 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Enjoy your own fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, high-speed Wi-Fi perfect for video calls, TV, private workspace, washing machine, dryer, and heating in every room. The interior is step-free for easy access. Three high chairs and three cots are available for families. You can also rent the 4-person gîte for an additional fee, the duplex room for 4 to 5 people for an additional fee, as well as the reception hall for an additional fee.



Outside, relax on your private or shared terraces, both covered and open, with barbecue, pool, and a shared garden featuring a playground with swings, slides, and trampolines. Toys and books for children, a ping-pong table, and a bike storage room are shared. You can also enjoy herbs from the garden and homemade jam during your stay.



There are eight shared parking spaces on site and street parking available. A shared charging station for electric vehicles is provided. Events with outside guests are allowed, and the reception hall can host up to 40 people. Pets are welcome (1 maximum) and smoking is allowed.



Yoga sessions and massages are offered, available for an extra fee. The property is 5 km from exit 10 of the A31, in a village of 130 residents at 360 m altitude, between Nancy and Langres. Please note the house can be cool in winter.
