Saint-Philibert is a prime destination for exploring the Gulf of Morbihan and Quiberon Bay.

The house is located near the beaches of Men Er Belec and Kernevest (400m and 600m). The village of Saint-Philibert and its local shops are 1.5 km away, the pleasure port of Trinité-sur-Mer is 3 km away. A water sports centre located on Kernevest beach offers numerous outdoor activities.



Auray and its station are about fifteen kilometres away.



Semi-detached house of approximately 35 m² (Carrez law), comprising:

On the ground floor:

- A living area with sofa bed and television;

- An equipped kitchenette (3-ring induction hob, oven, microwave, top refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine);

- Bathroom with shower;

- Separate toilet.



On the upper floor:

- A bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, wardrobe.

- A bedroom with 2 single beds of 80 cm.



Small garden with terrace, garden furniture, electric awning. Barbecue.

House capacity: 4 people – One parking space.



Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify us in case of late arrival.

Deposit: €300 to be paid on site

Charges: included from mid-May to early October / additional charge (according to consumption) for other periods

Tourist tax: to be paid on site

Linen not provided: possibility of rental for an additional fee
