Vacation Home Cogems – Accessible, Near Aubeterre, Up to 6 Guests

Welcome to our vacation home for up to 6 guests, with accessible facilities for people with reduced mobility. La Côte is a small hamlet of Saint Antoine Cumond, part of the commune of Saint Privat en Périgord. Located in Dordogne, in the Périgord Vert, the house is just 2 km from Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, a village ranked among the most beautiful in France. Aubeterre is rich in historical monuments, including its monolithic church with the highest crypt in Europe. The Aubeterre beach, at the foot of the old village, is supervised and well-equipped, offering children's play areas, a restaurant, and many summer activities. You can also explore the river by canoe or kayak (rentals available in Aubeterre, Parcoul, Ribérac).



Many activities await you: horseback riding (equestrian center less than 2 km away), mountain biking, tennis, golf, hiking, fishing, and of course, relaxing!



You enter through the living room, which includes a coat rack, sideboard, table with 4 chairs, 2 sofas, coffee table, TV unit, and WiFi. Next is the fully equipped kitchen/dining area: ceramic hob, hood, fridge-freezer, and all necessary dishes. The dining area has a large oval table, 6 chairs, and a spacious sideboard.



Two bedrooms are accessible for guests with disabilities. The night area also features a large bathroom with walk-in shower, mirror above the sink, storage unit, a spacious toilet, and a hallway connecting the bedrooms.



The main entrance on the south side opens to a small enclosed garden, while on the northeast side, you will also find a large enclosed garden.



Bed linen, towels, and kitchen cloths are not provided but can be rented on request for your stay, available for an extra fee.
