The spacious 110 m² hall seats 25 to 30 at the table. There’s also a comfortable lounge with fireplace, or, by moving the sofas, a dance area. The entrance opens to a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and a large 90 cm fridge. To the right, a laundry room with washing machine, fridge/freezer, and WC. A foosball corner is also available. Upstairs via the first staircase: WC, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms—one with a 140 cm bed, trundle bed, two 90 cm bunk beds, and a crib; the other with four 90 cm beds (two can be joined as a 180 cm bed) and a sofa bed. Via the second staircase: WC, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, the other with a 140 cm bed.



The left wing (70 m²) sleeps 8: Ground floor—160 cm bed, table, TV. Upstairs, a large bedroom divided by curtains into 3 spaces: 1 bed, and 2 areas with 2 beds each, bathroom, WC.



The right wing, L’Hirondelle, sleeps 6: Ground floor—dining/kitchen fully equipped, living room with corner sofa. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: one with a 180 cm bed, a 90 cm bed, and a 140 cm pull-out; the other with 3 beds (2 can be made into a double), bathroom, WC.



Sheets and cleaning included. Towels available for an extra fee. Pets welcome for an extra fee. Weekend departures possible before 4 p.m. For weekly stays (July/August), departure before 10 a.m. for cleaning staff.



Sound systems strictly forbidden outdoors.
