The living room is a welcoming and versatile space featuring 2 sofabeds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a flat screen television and a fan, and it opens directly onto the terrace. 1 bedroom is equipped with a french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a comfortable and private sleeping space. A sleeping alcove, located in an open-plan area, provides an additional sleeping area with 1 bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are situated in an open-plan area such as a gallery or alcove. The kitchenette is fully equipped and also provides direct access to the terrace. The apartment includes 2 bathrooms, one of which features a shower and WC. The terrace extends over 22 m2, is furnished with terrace furniture, and offers a beautiful view of both the sea and the swimming pool.
