Gîte "Le Vieux Chêne" with Shared Pool!

Located in Saint-Valérien, this charming 164 m² gîte welcomes up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi, private TV, private fan, private washing machine, private high chair, and a coffee machine compatible with both filters and pods. Heating is available in all rooms from October to May. Two baby cots, local vegetables, as well as shared toys and books for children are at your disposal.



Relax on your private balcony or the covered terrace overlooking the shared garden. The heated outdoor pool, shared and open from May to October, is kept at a pleasant temperature and secured with a dome and fall detection system. An outdoor shower is also available.



You have access to a shared parking space on site; additional street parking is possible. The parking area is under video surveillance for vehicle security. A shared bike storage room and an electric car charging station are available. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Events are not permitted.



We live on site (but not in your accommodation) with our two children. Cleaning service is offered during your stay, available for an extra fee. The property features a heated pool, animal park, and a peaceful setting with a large landscaped garden. Saint-Valérien is 10 minutes from two motorway exits to Nantes and Bordeaux. The Mervent forest is 20 minutes away, with a zoo, amusement park, and many tourist sites within an hour of the gîte.
