Domaine de l'Homme: Shepherd's house with swimming pool

La Maison du Berger is a small old stone house in the Périgord.
Only 3 kilometers from Sarlat la Canéda

Housing:
From the terrace you access the cottage by a stone staircase which leads to a comfortable living room with an open, well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, dishes). and cooking utensils).
A shower room and toilet are also present.
Upstairs you will find 2 neat, fresh bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, as well as a WC + sink.
The gîte opens onto a large garden and the woods.
The 11x5 heated swimming pool is 2 steps away and offers you its freshness and a relaxation area, it is open to holidaymakers from 9:00 to 20:00. (Children must be accompanied by an adult for access to the swimming pool).
A summer kitchen (outside) and a common laundromat with washing machines, dryers, ironing board with iron is available to guests as well as a little away, a space dedicated to children's games, slide and swings (under the responsibility of the parents).
The Domaine de l'Homme forms with the owner's residence and its 3 lodgings a harmonious whole posed on a ground of 10 000 m² hilly, surrounded by vineyards and woods. The view of the countryside is superb and relaxing.

Access for travelers:

Travelers have access to the entire property outside the host's private home.
Access to the gîte is completely independent
Guests' arrivals must be between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Departures must be made at 11:00 am.

Other remarks:

On request we provide free baby cot and high chair.
Basic maintenance products are provided (sponges, dishwashing detergent, floor product ...). The prices indicated include the rental of sheets and towels, tourist tax, water, electricity and gas. For your comfort, beds will be made before your arrival in our cottage.
Possibility to smoke outside.
Loud music after 10 p.m. is not allowed.
No cleaning products should be introduced into the WC, no hygienic protection, no preservative, nothing other than toilet paper. (Toilet with septic tank).
