You will stay in a lovely spacious house, designed for your comfort and able to accommodate up to 8 people (4 adults and 4 children). You will appreciate its pleasant garden with terrace and its electric plancha.

Only 350 m from the beach, you will be able to enjoy the salt water and fine sand to fully savour your stay.



Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its large sofa and television. In this same space, you will have access to the dining room with the open-plan kitchen overlooking the room, all opening onto the garden. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need for cooking: oven, microwave, induction hob, toaster, kettle as well as a filter coffee maker. Still on the ground floor, you will have access to a first bathroom with WC.



On the upper floor, you will discover the three bedrooms: one equipped with a Queen Size bed (160×200), the second with two single beds (90×190) and the last is equipped with four bunk beds (90/190) available only for children. You will also have access to the second bathroom with WC.



For greater comfort, the house is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.



To park, you have a private parking space in front of the house and, if needed, free spaces are available on the street.

Under the Vendée sun, between Les Sables d'Olonne and La Tranche-sur-Mer, discover the charming town of Jard-sur-Mer. Pine forests, beaches and rocky coastlines alternate along the 7 km of Jard's coastline, ideal for walks, relaxation and water sports such as surfing, windsurfing or paddleboarding. The cycle paths, which are very well developed in the region, follow the coast or venture inland. An opportunity to cycle to Talmont Castle or to the gates of the Poitevin Marsh! With good leg muscles or by taking the car again, you can discover Les Sables d'Olonne 28 km away.
