Enjoy a seaside stay in this lovely holiday home in Saint-Vincent-sur-Jard! Welcoming and perfectly equipped, it can accommodate up to 5 people and is the ideal base for a family holiday, just 1 km from the sandy beaches.

Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed outdoor space with garden furniture and a barbecue for your outdoor meals. The 20 m² terrace invites you to relax whilst the communal swimming pool (open from 15 June to 15 September) will offer you wonderful refreshing moments. Also take advantage of a shared tennis court in the residence, with rackets already available in the rental for impromptu games with ease!



Entry is directly from the terrace which leads you into a pleasant living space. You will find a cosy lounge area with a sofa bed (allowing accommodation for 2 additional people at night) and a television, perfect for your relaxation moments, as well as a dining area to share your meals as a family. The open-plan American kitchen, modern and functional, is equipped with electric hobs, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle and all the utensils necessary to prepare delicious dishes.

On the sleeping side, the house offers several well-thought-out sleeping spaces: a first bedroom with a single trundle bed (90x190) gives access to a second bedroom with a large King Size bed (180x200). Upstairs, a mezzanine accessible by stairs in the living space accommodates two single beds (90x190), ideal for children or teenagers. The bathroom, equipped with a WC and a hairdryer, completes the set.



For added convenience, the house also has a washing machine, an iron as well as a private parking space in front of the property.
