Sainte-Anne is a municipality located at the far south of Martinique. Renowned for its white sand beaches, notably the famous Les Salines, it is one of the most popular tourist destinations on the island. The location of this villa is a real asset: situated in the heart of nature, you will stay in a calm and green environment, whilst remaining close to the first beaches and shops.



Ideal for a stay with friends or family, this single-storey villa can accommodate up to 6 travellers.



Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofa and television, ideal for relaxing moments in front of a film. The kitchen, open to the lounge, is fully equipped (gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a toaster, a kettle and a filter coffee maker are also at your disposal.



On the night side, the villa has 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: equipped with a queen size bed (160/200) with its private shower room

Bedroom 2: equipped with a double bed

Bedroom 3: equipped with 2 single beds



All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (available from 2pm to 4pm, then from 7pm to 8am). An additional bathroom completes the villa. For added comfort, a washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal.



Outside, everything is designed for relaxation:

You will enjoy a shaded terrace with a lounge area and a hammock ideal for savouring your evening ti punch, as well as its dining space to enjoy the barbecue together. Under the carbet, a second lounge area, a standing bar and a hammock promise you moments of relaxation in the tree-lined garden. The pool, secured by a submerged alarm and its sun loungers, await you for afternoons filled with relaxation.
