Luxury villa with view of the putting green - Gulf of Saint-Tropez

This very beautiful villa, with view of the putting green, is close to the La Nartelle vast fine sandy beach. The villa was renovated in 2012. It is a very spacious house with many bathrooms. Outside, you can find a large terrace where you can spend nice evenings with your family or with friends and a beautiful pool sheltered from view with beach chairs, for a relaxing sunbathing experience.
The swimming pool is heated from April to October.

The entrance is on the first floor.

On the first floor:
- 1 large living/dining room with a big table for 16 people, a corner sofa, a 60'' plasma TV with TNT channels
- 1 large open plan kitchen with double fronted refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, traditional oven and ceramic hobs

- 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a large well laid out wardrobe and a bathroom with bathtub, shower, double bowl sinks and WC
- 1 bedroom overlooking the pool with a 160 cm bed, a well laid out wardrobe and a bathroom with shower, bowl sink and WC
- 1 WC for guests with hand basin

On the ground floor:
- 1 game room with table-football, pool table and 2 pinball games
- 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a well laid out wardrobe
- 1 double bedroom with two 140 cm beds and a well laid out wardrobe
- 1 marble bathroom with corner bath-tub, double bowl sinks and WC
- 1 studio with 2 sofa beds of 140 cm and a kitchen with refrigerator, ceramic hobs and washing machine
- 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a well laid out wardrobe
- 1 marble bathroom with shower, bowl sink and WC

Garden:
- in the garden, surrounded by a hedge, there are a lot of olive trees
- it is possible to park 4 cars (there is additional parking space in the complex)
- all around the swimming pool, there are 15 beach chairs
