This vacation rental is close to the seafront and features a large terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue area for dining. It's ideally situated just a few minutes' walk from the center of Sainte-Maxime and La Madrague beach.

Open to the outdoors, the villa comprises an entrance hall, a bright and spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a terrace, a bedroom with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a separate toilet.

The south-facing terrace includes a dining area and another covered terrace with sun loungers, offering shade from the sun. The lush garden is overflowing with trees and flowers and features a superb private pool.
