“They had like no staff ”

“Was a booking for a Christmas Lunch but had no Turkey or traditional Christmas Desert! When I asked why they said the Chef did t have budget lol so I said just charge more or offer an alternative menu! I even offered to buy them a Turkey to prepare etc”

“Alabaster Box certainly is doing something right! Besides the home being immaculately kept, the service is top notch. Upon entering my room I was met with the most beautiful scent of sandalwood. A small fridge, and kettle were available for my snacks and tea. The shower was absolutely amazing, and much needed after a long car ride! The balcony even had views of the lagoon. “We loved our little chalet which was really comfortable and immaculately clean . It was a little hot even with the air con on but the outside temperature was over 40 degrees which is very unusual . The food in the restaurant is great and the pool area is nice . There are tame deer who are really sweet and hang around the chalets in the morning . “Lovely studio apartment right on the beach with fantastic views. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Lovely friendly staff who were very helpful. The only slight disappointment was that the pool didn’t appear to be cleaned during our 4 night stay. There was an automatic cleaner but due to the proximity to the sand the pool really could have done with a good manual clean. ”
