“There is no on site management. The TV did not work, so at 7:30PM I had to call. A woman arrived 15 minutes later. And took done time, repeating the same steps I had, then finding she needed to reprogram the thing. I told her I was disappointed that, at this price point, we had to have our evening interrupted and host a visitor. She became incredibly defeMove And rude.
