Hi Mark, I'm sorry that you didn't find the mattresses comfortable. The condo was recently outfitted with brand new mattresses on Sept 16th, 2020. I purchased medium firm mattresses in an attempt to best accommodate as many visitors as possible. I personally tried all the mattresses purchased and thought they felt very comfortable. I understand that mattress selection can be tricky as every person is different. Thank you for your feedback as I am always wanting to provide the best experience for my renters. Regards, Natasha

I’m sorry to hear that about your stay. Unfortunately, we cannot control who rents the unit above us. In regards to the ants, I have the unit treated and towards this time of year, a few might get in but generally speaking, they are minimal. I will resolve the issue with the key immediately.
