Holiday Home Neverending Sea se encuentra en el quinto piso (con ascensor) de un elegante edificio en el centro de Salerno, con un gran balcón con vistas al mar.
Desde aquí se puede llegar fácilmente a pie a las playas más bellas de la ciudad, el plato principal, los restaurantes típicos de Salerno y las calles comerciales.
La ubicación es estratégica para visitar toda Campania porque el apartamento está a solo 15 minutos a pie del puerto deportivo (donde están los transbordadores a la costa de Amalfi) y de la estación de tren (desde donde se puede llegar fácilmente a Pompeya, Nápoles y Ercolano) y Paestum).
PARKING GRATUITO en el camino debajo de la casa.
Durante el período de Navidad, el edificio está inmerso en la magia de Luci d'Artista.

Lo que hace especial a esta casa de vacaciones es el gran balcón con vista al mar donde se pueden apreciar los aromas y colores del sur.

Finalmente, la ubicación es perfecta incluso para los amantes de los deportes. De hecho, solo 1 minuto hay:

- una hermosa estructura de pistas de tenis, construida en una terraza con vistas al mar y rodeada por un hermoso jardín;

- una pista de patinaje con una pista de patinaje de 115 metros de largo y 9 de ancho que se desarrolla alrededor de un campo de hockey de tamaño reglamentario;

- Frente al mar con vistas a la costa de Amalfi donde se puede correr.

Para los niños, a solo 1 minuto a pie, hay un parque infantil con varias atracciones y un tren eléctrico.

El precio no incluye el impuesto municipal por un máximo de 7 noches consecutivas:

Pasquale was a huge help for our 5 days in Campania. The apartment was an excellent home base for Naples, Pompeii and Capri. Close to train and ferry stations, a lovely balcony to enjoy the sunset. We consider Pasquale a family friend now.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The apt. is spotless, roomy, nice, and well equipped. On check-in, our host, Pasquale, spent over an hour with us orienting us to Salerno and environs - restaurants, ferry schedules, grocery stores, then checked on us multiple times during the stay, and booked our taxi to the train station at the end. He couldn't have been more helpful. The apt location is a 15 minute walk either down the seafront or a parallel street to the train station/shopping district/ferry terminal. There's plenty to do in and around Salerno, a nice town itself, - we ferried to Amalfi/Positano, we trained to Paestum, Pompeii, and Naples - all 45 minutes or less.

This property was one of our top VRBO rentals. The property description was absolutely accurate. In fact there are beautiful architectural details like to custom doors and framing done by our hosts father that were beautiful. The location is fantastic and within walking distance to most of Salernos attractions, dining and very close to the beach. The property was immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is a spacious unit that would work great for a family. Pasquale was a very attentive host and provided great recommendations for any activity you would like to participate in while in Salerno or up on the Amalfi coast. He personally met us at the unit and walked us through the use of all the amenities of the house which was very helpful. He was available to us through our entire stay and quickly responded to our every inquiry. I don’t think you could fine a better host or accommodation in Salerno. 5 stars all the way!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this large, clean, comfortable apartment. Lovely view from the balcony, easy walking to local restaurants and to the historic center, where we loved the Luci d'Artista festivities. I have never had a VRBO host as attentive and helpful as Pasquale! From restaurant and outing recommendations to taxi reservations, he did more than many hotel concierges. And the recommendations were excellent. All I can say is, just do whatever Pasquale says and you will have a wonderful vacation!

Pasquale was a very gracious host. He gave us his parking spot when we arrived. He made excellent recommendations for food and places to visit. His apartment was clean at all the amenities we needed. We were able to do laundry and make food easily. If we came to sell out again, we would stay there.

The location of the property allowed us to walk to the harbor for excursions as well as to the bus and train terminals. The host, Pasquale ,greeted us upon arrival and was available with advice and assistance, including ordering us taxis when needed, the entire time. Knowing we could contact him and his immediate availability was reassuring. He also responded to our many questions before we actually arrived

The apartment was beautifully maintained and the owner could not have been more helpfull advising us how to navigate the area transportation. His restaurant recommendations were spot on and touched base with us regularly to make sure we were doing well. The location to the local ferries, buses and train stations were just what you need to see much of the Amalfi Coast.

Book this hidden gem if you're able! The host, Pasquale, was amazing: excellent pre-arrival communication, meeting us day of our arrival to personally check us in, tips/tricks for getting around during our visit, daily check-ins to make sure we had everything we needed - I can't say enough Good things about Pasquale! Das Apartment von Pasquale war für uns optimal gelegen. Verschiedene Strandabschnitte waren leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Während des Aufenthaltes in Salerno, konnten wir das Auto kostenlos in der Straße vor dem Haus abstellen und haben auch immer wieder einen Parkplatz bekommen, wenn wir das Fahrzeug mal gebraucht haben. Die Wohnung ist großzügig mit hohen Decken und im fünften Stock gelegen. Ein Fahrstuhl fährt hinauf. Die Klimaanlage ist leistungsstark und machte den Aufenthalt auch an sehr heißen Tagen angenehm. Besonders hat uns die Ausstattung mit zwei Bädern gefallen so konnten auch meine Töchter jederzeit ein eigenes Bad nutzen. Ebenfalls sehr nützlich: die Waschmaschine.
Salerno ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Man kommt mit Bus und Bahn zum Beispiel nach Pompeji.
Ebenfalls eine Reisewert: Positano und Capri. Beides ist leicht, mit der Fähre vom Hafen zu erreichen
Ebenfalls zu Fuß kann man in 5-10 Minuten sowohl einen öffentlichen kostenlosen Strand als auch kostenpflichtige Abschnitte erreichen.

Communication leading up to our stay was great. Pasquale greeted us upon arrival and gave great recommendations for both restaurants and things to do! The apartment was impeccably clean and comfortable! Convenient 5 minute walk to both private and public beaches. We walked multiple times to the ferry and enjoyed seeing different cities! We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Salerno!!

Family weekend to the Amalfi Coast

Our stay in Salerno was amazing! Pasquale was a fabulous host, he met us to check in, showed us all of the in’s and out’s of the property. Gave great meal & activity recommendations (take his advice on the pasta restaurant - you won’t regret it!). The location was great, with sea views come the deck(which is why I chose the property). We had our two 21 year old sons with us, so a family of 4 adults and the apartment was perfectly sized for us. You will not regret a stay at this holiday home!

Beautiful Salerno

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. The location was perfect for exploring the Amalfi coast. We took the bus to Amalfi and Ravello and returned to Salerno by ferry. The scenery was stunning. The apartment is spacious and has a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. Pasquale did a fabulous job looking after everything. He is the best host we have experienced. The old town of Salerno is a great spot to enjoy the numerous Italian cafes and restaurants. The Prunus Sushi restaurant near the apartment is another gem. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great host -great apartment

We stayed here for 7 weeks. The apartment was just as described. It was very clean and comfortable. Pasquale is a very good host and went out of his way to make sure everything was fine. The location is an easy walk to the train station, ferry, and bus stop. It was also close to restaurants, a grocery store, outdoor market, and bakeries. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Apartment I Beautiful Salerno

Everything about this apartment was great. Spacious, clean, beautiful view of the sea and excellent proximity to transportation and restaurants. We loved Salerno. Our host was very helpful with information to make our stay perfect. He helped us pick nearby destinations to visit and where to enjoy local sights. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing place in Salerno and Amalfi coast

First thing to say about this place is the host, Pasquale, was the most helpful and communicative host I have ever had. The Vrbo was very clean and well maintained with a cool view of the ocean from its patio. Pasquale was very helpful to us throughout our whole stay. Located within walking distance (we like walking) to “old town” Salerno and the Salerno Duomo Cathedral which both were one of the favorite parts of our trip. Salerno had great shopping, restaurants, and service while seeming less busy and expensive than the typical Amalfi towns like Positano. Then you can walk to the Ferries that will take you to the beautiful towns on the Amalfi coast. Pasquale gave us advice to Ferry to Amalfi then bus up to Rivella which has to be one of the most beautiful views in the world. You can also do a 35 minute train ride from Salerno to Pompeii. We really ended up loving the town of Salerno though. It felt less busy while the people there seemed friendlier. And Pasquale couldn’t have been nicer to us. Also had some of our best meals right there even though we were visiting multiple Amalfi coast towns.

Access to a Great Beach and Great Sea Views
