Great find
Lovely apartment in a great location, very spacious apartment and very modern. Very close to shopping centre and lots of different restaurants. We walked to old trafford from here with no trouble at all. Would reccommend.

Convenient location
Handy location for Lowry and Media City and the staff were very nice and friendly. Apartment is clean and tidy. Bed small and not the most comfortable but okay for one night. An extra pillow would have been good.

Book in one, end up in another!
You book one site (250 The Quays) and then get moved to another property (X1) without prior notice. Property feels a bit 'old', bathroom extractor fan didn't work, mattress saggy, no USB charging point, only 1 bedside light, all minor stuff but irritating. Parking spot was full of and surrounded by water.

Not the apartment advertised
Wasn't placed in the apartment we were told we would be in. Was told we would be in millenium tower and directed there for our stay and it looked lovely on the quays and with balconies. However, on arrival we then had a 20 minute farce being directed somewhere else and having to wait for someone. The room we were given was in a twin set of blocks set farther back from the quays, no balcony as requested, no communication we wouldn't be getting. The room itself was ok however most pictures were on the verge of falling off the wall, a questionable stain on the sofa, all the fire alarms were questionable, poor lighting in the bathroom, lack of suitably lit mirrors for makeup application, the bed made a clunk, knock or creak with any slight movement

This is a good place to live. The layout is good and spacious. All the surroundings is clean and tidy. The reservation team is good and responsive instantly. Overall is wonderful

An okay place but noisy.
The apartment was by a building site & there was lots of noise from the city all night. Communication was a bit confusing and the address was changed last minute (different one sent via email, then text). I probably wouldn’t stay in the area again as it was too noisy. One night of parking was £14.

Layout and facilities of apartment was very helpful. Little extras to make our stay easier very positive. Great views of Salford area through super lounge windows. For the Quays and Media city very close plus good tram to reach centre Manchester.

Good value, great location for Salford Quays
Really friendly staff, who were happy to wait for our late arrival. Kindly kept a space in the garage for us. Only improvement needed and stopping me give 5* is that only 1 lift working and being on 24th floor, meant lengthy waits at times.

Great stay
Apartment was clean, spacious and airy. Check in was simple and efficient, helped by the fact I’d stayed there before. Little attention to details would make it perfect - no wine glasses, salt and pepper would be a nice touch, someone to go round with a screw driver to sort loose drawer handles and toilet roll holder. Minor details, easy to fix.

The Dining table was ever so small, carpet in the bedroom was dirty and the throw on the bed was and looked dirty aver all I think they shouldn’t have a throw on the bed it looks very unhygienic.

I booked to stay at 250 The Quays but ended up being put in another property, again. I believe I was mis-sold. They comp’d my parking and late check out but I’d specifically chosen 250 as it is quieter with less people using the lifts. I’d also hoped to get a balcony, and paid for a one bedroom rather than a studio, although I recognise this was not guaranteed. I regularly stay in Manchester so knew what I was doing, could have stayed in Michigan Towers for less through another company.

Quite a faff checking in
Checking in is a bit of a faff. There is no reception. You need to call when you arrive. Not always a quick answer. I ended up calling 3 times before I got clarity of where to meet the representative to get booked in. Was told there was parking but then was not available on arrival. Had to park in an NCP car-park further away than i would have liked. Bloody expensive as with all NCP. Once booked in the chap I met was helpful. The Apartment was clean tidy and adequately equipped all be it a bit minimalist.

The property was lovely, however it was not what I had booked, the pictures on ebookers for the one I booked was not the same I booked one for the balcony and spoken with ebookers that ensured me I had a balcony to then arriving was left waiting outside Sainsbury’s for 20 waiting for someone to meet us when I was told in confirmation email Said I was staying above reflection point to not even being on the water front also the man I spoken with kept telling me how I can’t have people around or loud noises when i had already assured him I t was for me and my partner to be honest I was actually dreading getting there and touching anything there because of how forward he came across, when I expressed how I felt that I had paid for a balcony and I didn’t want the apartment I was refused a refund, and anywhere else to stay even though this was false advertising, property was “nice” however poorly organised and didnt clearly care about the customer a

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We value your feedback and we are generally disappointed that we couldn't exceed your expectations. Upon reviewing, we do not guarantee balcony. It clearly states on the website that balcony is subject to availability and are not guaranteed. We also not received a request for a balcony at the time of the booking made. Ebookers should have never ensured that you would be allocated an apartment with a balcony. Again, we do apologies for any inconvenience caused during your stay.

It took 45 minutes to get us checked in, there was no parking (we weren’t told this in person but it was unhelpfully pointed out that we were told in an email) it wasn’t until we’d driven all around Manchester that we were told to park at the Lowry outlet shopping centre. Due to the long amount of time taking to check in we nearly missed our table at the Lowry. When we finally did get to the Lowry we had just 30 mins to have our afternoon tea ( we needed to be somewhere else) We rang at 11.15 to find out where we could park, the receptionist directed us to a road and asked us to wait for someone to come and get us. We waited 25 mins! Not happy with check in at all. We were very close to missing out pre paid meal at the Lowry which made for a very stressful trip. We also had to pay an additional £16 to park in the shopping centre. The original plan was to park and walk to the Lowry. Because we were so late I had to drive there meaning I was unable to drink the gin that was part of the afternoon tea experience we had booked.

Not what you book.
Service was extremely poor had us waiting in the cold for an hour, sending us to different places. Finally given a building with only one working lift (wheelchair user) so couldn’t use the stairs if I wanted too. First room was a studio apartment, very nice and cute however not what I paid for. Complained and given a one bedroom. Description isn’t over 5 floors - there’s 26 floors. Not all room has balconies. Room is however so clean, everything looked brand new! Ashame it wasn’t what I booked for.

We can apologies for the incorrect room allocation and only one lift working during the checking. We did immediately rectify he room and upgraded to a 1 Bedroom Apartment. The lift was also working the following day. We are glad to hear that you were happy with the apartment and its facilities. We hope to see in the near future.

Modern and clean
Very comfortable place to stay, clean modern and quiet with many restaurant around in the Media City. The only thing to keep in mind - if you can’t check in by 10pm, you lost your booking.

A few details to take care of
Overall good space. Light in bathroom bad, no wine glasses (and those promised never arrived), needs lamp in living room and extra pillows. Some oven ware would also be good as would salt and pepper. Parking process cumbersome, required to leave remote in the room on departure but need it to exit the garage. Nowhere to park whilst returning to 24th floor. Suggest ground floor lock box or return to post box?

High end apartment for good value
They were clean, high standard apartments with all the essentials that just made our stay fantastic. Loved that you had the tram stop just on the door step as well as a local Sainsbury’s. Definitely stay here again

The owners were extremely unprofessional and more interested in grabbing your money. The initial agreement was to refund our deposit within a few days; that changed when they received the money and the date of refund was no longer known. It is obvious that this business can’t be sustainable
