Mould everywhere, nowhere to hang clothes, only one working plug in the room. Sink blocked. Shower had mould too. Grim little hovel.

Terrible!! Is understatement. 1st time ever heard staff telling me himself that rooms are terrible. Plugs not working. Washroom is crappy!!

Was badly run down needs repainted, damp in the room above widow which had been painted and starting to flake . Carpet had stains all over it and spider webs in 1 corner of the room . There was nowhere to hang clothes and no mirror in the bathroom. Bathroom was that small I had to stand in the shower to get ready

Carpets were dirty, had not been hovered beforehand! Paintwork in the room was grubby. Window blind didn’t work! Bathroom was a joke! Toilet wobbled! Shower head didn’t stay in holder. Shower door was off its runners at one end. Wooden floor had bits missing!

The bed was the only thing clean. Even at the price I paid, I think it should've even been more reduced. The sink puts out yellow water at first. The shower and toilet were in rough shape. My door was hard to open. I had to fight to push it against the elevated carpet every-time.

It’s was a terrible experience and the staff are nonchalant and the environment was dirty and unkept and the room I was given the heating wasn’t working

Felt neglected, was cleaned at all, dust everywhere the heater was too small for the room, the kettle had rusted water in it. The water wasn’t working too. The receptionist guy couldn’t help me in carrying my big box, had to drag it all the way up. Work on your rooms and presentation, please

A reasonable price and in a good accessible area for Salford Royal which is why I booked it for the price the room was clean and comfortable large with onsuite and had a little bar and restaurant on the ground floor the food was delicious and staff was very helpful and friendly

Hotel is closed. Derelict building, windows covered, gate padlocked shut. Don't book it - it's no longer operating.

The room I stayed in was absolutely filthy. Previous guests had clearly been smoking in the room, as the smell of smoke was really strong. We were unable to open the window as it was so high up. The window sill had been used as an ashtray and there were burn marks and ash still visible. The blind couldn't be opened, it was just permanently closed. Assuming in an attempt to hide the window sill. There were holes in either side of the bathroom door, where it had clearly been punched by previous guests. The tap in the sink wasn't fixed properly, and when turned on, the water ran brown! And also there was no hot water. And the TV had clearly been ripped off of the wall at some point, and some attempt was made to fill the hole, but the TV was left leaving on the table with the wall bracket still attached. The carpet was supposed to be yellow and blue geometric style pattern, but it was black. Upon checking in, the staff made no attempt to tell me anything, about how to turn on the hot water, they pointed at a piece of paper with the door code and WiFi password, and that was it. The main door wasn't secure as it was left open several times. And on one occasion through the night someone tried to gain access to our room. Having to listen to people arguing and banging on the front door until the early hours seemed fitting! I was told to have a nice day when checking out though! Thank goodness it was only 1 night! have taken photos for evidence!
