“This property was perfect for our group of 4. Excellent location close to everything Buena Vista has to offer. Close to trailheads for many of the surrounding “14ers”. The home was neat and clean, and comfortable. Check in instructions were timely and easy to follow. Lisa provides excellent communication and is a wonderful host. We plan to return for another 14er!”

“This is a great cabin near the Arkansas river just north of Buena Vista. The cabin has great amenities including a nice back yard including a fire pit and grill. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The living room is spacious with plenty of room to relax. Easy access to the river for all of your recreation needs. I hesitate to oversell it as we plan to return next year!”

“Our family (spouse, adult children & grandchildren) spent 2 nights here. Great location and layout of the home. We all enjoyed the hot tub. Just be aware that the listing clearly states there is no air conditioning. It cooled enough at night with the windows open, but some of the windows do not have screens and none of the windows on the back bedroom/sun porch open.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable, clean, and had plenty of amenities in the kitchen so we could cook some meals together. Host was extremely responsive and helpful with a few questions we had. The view of the snow-dusted Collegiate peaks was incredible!”

The view is just as great from inside the house as the back of the house brings the outside in. The hosts have supplied the house with what’s needed and the customer service is excellent which adds to the positive experience. We highly recommend this for your stay.”

“Such a beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood and beautiful views. So wonderful to wake up to Mt. Princeton out the window in the morning. Could use a couple more throw blankets for snuggles on the couch or coffee on the porch in the morning.”

“The couple that runs this property are very sweet and will help you with anything! Saw deer and trout! The hot tub was amazing by their little stream! They are local walking distance to downtown, but yet you still don’t hear the madness. It’s in a culdesac but it’s completely quiet and serene! Thank you for letting us stay in your home!”

“Stayed for a relaxing bachelorette weekend. Weather didn't go as planned but we had a great time anyway. The house was clean and comfortable. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. Upon arriving, maintenance stopped by to make sure we were set and answer any questions. It is within a couple minutes of town and hot springs. The views were beautiful, even had about a dozen deer come up to the house. Definitely recommend.”

“This was our second time staying and it's one of the most well stocked vacation rentals we've stayed at. They have thought of everything. It's a wonderful spot. One thing to note is there are a lot of air fresheners and fragrances at this home. This is tough for our family so mentioning it in case it's tough for yours.”
