We were so pleased with this home! It was perfect for our multi-generational family and had plenty of spaces offering privacy and time together. The backyard is lovely and the kitchen is quite cute with everything you need. Easy access to the house and great communication. Charming neighborhood and walkable to grocery & cafes/restaurants. Perfect location!

This home is enchanting - so cool to stay in a historical home. The location is wonderful - great access to everything that Salt Lake City has to offer. It was perfect for our trip. I would recommend this home for young adults or families with teen aged children. I would not recommend it for families with small children or any individual that has a compromised mobility. The home is historic and hence, the staircases are very tight and steep - not easy to get suitcases up and down the stairs. I was glad my elderly parents did not join us for this trip (as initially planned) as the accessibility of the home is an issue - stairs and a slight hill to get to the front door, the shower on the main floor is very small. The backyard doesn't have much privacy - the surrounding homes back right up to the backyard fence and it is very easy to see into everyone's yards. This was not a problem for us but if you were using the hot tub, the college students next door are essentially hanging out with you on their side deck. The home is extremely clean and well maintained. We could not find any washcloths in the linen - so that is the only thing I would suggest is added to the supplies. Great rental, close to everything - thank you for the wonderful time!

Good location to stay in salt lake city. Closer to airport and not too far from all ski areas. Property is a bit dated. Good to accommodate people in groups upto 10-12

We had a great time staying here for a birthday weekend with our kids and their friends. Big kids upstairs, little kids downstairs and adults on the main level.. pretty perfect!

We loved the location being close to the U and walkable restaurants. The hot tub was amazing and the space offered for a family was greatly appreciated. We also had a graduation dinner at the house so this was a nice option as they allow small gatherings there. The home is not wheelchair accessible and only two rooms are accessible without having to navigate steep stairs. Something to keep in mind. I did feel as if there were some basic maintenance issues in this house that were from the upkeep not being properly addressed. I also wish the property manager was more quickly accessible with our concerns on the property. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Terrific communication with host throughout process (we had to make a change to our reso). Property is very clean and well appointed... well equipped kitchen, proper glassware, and a surprising amount of space that easily accommodated 7 adults. Snuggly throw blankets for Warren Miller movie viewing if we stayed in and convenient to many cool spots (9x9, etc) for going out. Functionally equidistant drives to Snowbasin, Deer Valley, Solitude and Alta/Snowbird for maximizing our Ikon passes. Terrific find and I think we used the hot tub every night!

This is a very nice property with lots of amenities for a reasonable price. There are a few little maintenance issues that could be taken care of pretty quickly that would make the experience even better. Also, had some trouble checking in because the host didn't get the unlock code to me, but I'm sure that will be addressed before the next guest arrives. Overall, it was a great neighborhood, a lovely property, and a reasonable price.

We enjoyed our stay in your centrally located house. The listing is pretty accurate but just thought it should be stated that the bathroom downstairs is only accessible through one of the two bedrooms. The bathroom downstairs also needs more ventilation as it stays humid unless you keep the vent on throughout the day. We needed a few things and the owner was very responsive. VRBO though never did send us the access code upon arrival so you may want to check on that for your future guests. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your house!
