Public transportation is only blocks away, and ski-bus park-and-ride lots are approximately 20 minutes from the home, making mountain access quick and convenient. 1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING.
2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 6 guests in this listing or on the property at any time; violation of this will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without refund. You also agree to pay for the `additional guest fee` associated with your reservation if applicable (just because it can sleep up to 6 doesn’t necessarily mean it`s all included in the nightly rate). You understand that this is located in a nice family neighbourhood, and you agree to be respectful of noise and quiet hours. 10 pm-8 am.
3) This is a self-check-in property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by Airbnb through the house manual or check-in guide. You can find our house manual and check-in guide here on the Airbnb platform on our listing. You also agree that you will not contact your Airbnb host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing.
4) Fees: There is a minimum $500 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a minimum $100 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorised, as our housekeeper charges us in such a case. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth.
5) WE DO HAVE, AND DO MONITOR OUR EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERA(s) for guest count compliance and for the safety of our property and our guests. :) There is a front camera on the porch facing towards the driveway!
6.) Animal policy- Pets are NOT allowed
7.) Children must always be supervised by an adult on the property. We don`t allow guests less than 21 years of age
