Very nice place and great location. It is a basement as others have mentioned, but it’s a walkout with plenty of windows and lots of light! You have the entire place to yourself with a private entrance. It’s big and decorated nicely…very cozy and quiet! Four big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 living room areas…one with a huge tv. You even have a washer and dryer! The beds were super comfortable and the views of the mountains from the backyard and even from inside the living area, are unbelievable! We didn’t take advantage of the hot tub but it looked inviting. Was too cold to swim but the pool area looked awesome if you stay in the summer. Randy is very accommodating and responds quickly. We will definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area! Highly recommend!

Great view, spacious back yard. CLEAN. My kids had a blast with the trampoline, and tetherball. Easy to get to and close to food and shopping. Would stay again. Would highly recommend.

The Belmont provides the ultimate yard to enjoy the best Mountain View in the area! We could not have picked a better place for our first trip to SLC. Everything was exceptionally clean, inside and out. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Very well stocked kitchen and laundry.We enjoyed the incredible hot tub. While we were out of season to use the pool, we could see it was top notch, like the rest of the yard. Randy made our stay smooth as possible. We did not encounter a single issue.We highly recommend the Belmont!

First thought... Am I in heaven? This home was exceptional! The property was immaculate. The outdoor space had everything from multiple grill units to sitting areas and table space. The inside was beautifully decorated and very comfortable! Randy was kind and quick with response for any of my questions. I would 1000% stay here again and look forward to next year being able to enjoy this beautiful place on earth!

This is our second stay here and it was as expected perfect!! You’ll be hard pressed to find a better backyard and view in the entire country! Randy is an excellent host and we had a perfect weekend enjoying the property and amenities. Highly, highly recommended!!

Peaceful, Well-Stocked, and Instantly MemorableThis may be our favorite VRBO stay yet. Before we even checked out, we were already saying, “We have to stay here next time we’re in Utah.” The home offered the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and quiet—exactly what we needed for a relaxing vacation.We loved having a peaceful place to return to each afternoon. The owner gave us a quick tour of the backyard (which was lovely) and then let us enjoy it privately. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked—not just with cookware, but with extras like spices, flour, and sugar, which made meal prep easy.All the beds were genuinely comfortable, and for once, I didn’t wish I’d brought my own pillow. That’s rare! The pillows were supportive and far better than the usual flat, squishy ones you often find when traveling.Admittedly, there was one “negative”—the books! The owner had placed a variety of inspiring and beautiful books throughout the home, including one on the musical Hamilton and a book of Photography from the beautiful state of Utah. I couldn’t resist diving in, even when I was supposed to be heading to the pool with the family or getting some sleep.The location is ideal: close to highways, grocery stores, and restaurants, yet blissfully quiet at night. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

Relaxing stay for everyone

Amazing house filled with many backyard/outdoor amenities along with very clean and nicely decorated bedrooms & bathrooms. The house has detailed instructions on the different necessities and attractions around the location. Easy in-n-out access that requires nothing but a key. The entire complex was managed very cleanly and the communication process with the owner was smooth also.

Fantastic stay with a ciew

Had a wonderful couple of days at this property. It had everything we needed, and a supermarket was conveniently located just around the corner.We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the fantastic view.Randy the host was welcoming at check in.Would love to stay again if we are ever in Salt Lake City.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here the last 2 nights of our week long vacation and it was a highlight for all of us. The house was so nice. It was set up perfectly and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Bulldogs Archery Nationals

From the pictures we fell in love and i was in contact with Randy from before booking. He was the best we have ever dealt with. So helpful and friendly. He even allowed us to have things sent to the house for our son that we forgot at home that he needed for his archery tournament. Once we arrived we were in awe of the views and Randy walked us thru everything. The kids enjoyed the pool every day and we enjoyed the outdoors, the grill and just being together. It was a home away from home and the perfect place to unwind after the archery tournaments!! Thanks for everything and we cant wait to be back again this time next year! Highly recommend 20/10!!

Utah vacation

Spacious with great view.

This is actually a 4 bedroom place (not 3 bedrooms as advertised). In other ways too, the ad understates this great, spacious place in a convenient straight line to Snowbird/Alta. Great host. No hooks to hang wet things is the only, easily fixed shortcoming.
