  • Summary:

    If you're looking for a great balance between chic luxury and urban convenience, this condo is for you! Located in a safe, walkable neighborhood in the heart of the city in the famous Library Square District, with countless restaurants, shops, and attractions within an easy walking distance. The building is packed with amenities like a movie theater, rooftop lounge, and a large fitness center. Search around and you'll find that this is one of the best vacation rentals for your money in Salt Lake City.



    The Space:

    The home is stocked with high-end furniture and furnishings. The bed is a king-size bed with a super-comfortable memory gel mattress for a perfect night's sleep, plus we provide several different styles of pillows to satisfy any sleeper; whether you're a side-sleeper, back-sleeper, or stomach sleeper, we'll have a pillow for you to choose. There is a large TV in the living room and a small TV in the bedroom, and both have multiple streaming services installed and ready for you to log into. The sofa in the living room folds out into a queen bed and has an upgraded mattress so you won't feel like you're sleeping on a sofa-bed. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you'll need to cook full meals while you're here.



    In addition to the great living space, the condo complex itself is packed with amenities to make your stay memorable: There is an indoor movie theater on site that screens free movies from time to time, and the whole theater can be reserved if you want to host a private screening. There is a large rooftop patio that has great ambient lighting and lounge chairs. It has a huge hot tub that is open year-round, along with an outdoor fireplace and beautiful views of the city skyline and the Rocky Mountains. There is a large common area where the HOA often hosts free dinners and fun events for anyone staying in the building. The gym is open 24 hours and is well-stocked with free weights, cable machines, and cardio equipment. Parking is free and is in a secure ground-level parking garage. One parking space is free, but let us know ahead of time if you need a second space and we'll reserve one for you, upon availability.



    When staying in a downtown environment, safety is key and we have you covered: To begin with, it's located in a safe neighborhood, but it's also built like Fort Knox with no chance of outsiders getting in, and the parking is in a highly-secure indoor facility on the main floor of the building. We have two units within this condo complex, so let us know if you need more space since we can offer discounts if you rent both of them.

    Guest Access:

    We'll send out detailed check-in instructions a few days before your arrival. To access your condo unit, you'll need an electronic key fob to enter the building and a key to enter your unit. There is a lock-box bolted onto the wall outside of the building, and we'll give you detailed instructions on how to find that lockbox, as well as a code to get into it where you'll find the fob and the key. Super simple!



    Check-in time is 4 pm, but we can usually get you in earlier than that if no other guests are in the condo right before you and if you coordinate with us ahead of time. When this site says that your check-in time is "flexible", they mean that we can work with you if you request an early check-in; it doesn't mean that you can check in whenever you want and we don't guarantee early check-ins. So please plan on getting our approval for your check-in time. Please request high chairs, pack-n-play cribs, blow-up beds, and strollers prior to arrival.

    Getting Around:

    There is an inexpensive trolley line right out in front of the building that will take you almost anywhere in the valley. This home is very close to several of the bus stops as well. You can look up either of their schedules online (this site prevents us from putting internet links in this section so we can't provide them). Look up "Trax" for the train schedule.



    Other Things to Note:

    WE HAVE NO HIDDEN FEES. Our only fees are clearly listed in several places on this listing: There is a a one-time cleaning fee which is clearly listed by this site. Dogs are welcome, NO CATS ALLOWED, any other type of animal needs to be approved ahead of time. Conventions rates & holidays will override the standard rates shown, even if the convention dates change. Some convention dates are not input yet, and will apply regardless of reservations and inquiries made.



    Rates fluctuate automatically according to a computer-driven algorithm based on supply & demand. But don't worry, your rates will be locked in at the time you pay for your reservation, so if they go up or down, we will not charge you the difference or give you a refund. So no worries - we'll honor your original rates :-)



    We can provide one travel crib (pack n' play), one baby high-chair, one self-inflating deluxe twin bed kit, and one baby stroller free of charge on request. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided, but may incur an additional cost. Last-minute requests are not guaranteed.



    This is a full-time vacation rental - it is not cluttered with an owner's personal items since nobody lives here.

This rental was very clean and comfortable. Daniel, the Host, was great with communication, pleasant and helpful in answering questions. It is located in a very walkable area. We appreciated the garage parking during our month stay. Trolley Square, Liberty Park, Eccles Theater, Temple Square, grocery, restaurants all within walking distance. We would not hesitate to book this rental again. We had a great stay. Thanks Daniel.
