This house was perfect for our family and friends. The game room was fantastic with the pool table & foosball being a big hit with everyone.Beds and bedding were comfortable. Location to the local park was perfect for walking our dog and very convenient to the ski resorts. Mike was a great host, always responding quickly to any questions we had.We will definitely stay again for our next Utah ski trip!

The property was great and the host was so responsive to any questions I had. I appreciated that it was pet-friendly. Great location - so close to skiing and golf! Super comfy beds! It was nice having the hot tub and pool table.

The host was great and responded to my questions and concerns. The location was convenient to the ski areas as expected. The hot tub was inadequate in size and performance for 4 adults..Small for 3 people really. it was the first amenity listed and the deciding factor in choosing the unit so we were a bit surprised and disappointed that it wasn’t nicer.

Property had a heating and noise problem. The “mini split” heating in the primary bedroom was noisy. Also, the bedding throughout were polyester fabrics. I recommended 100% cotton. Otherwise, it’s an end unit so no noise from neighbors and owner was responsive and helpful. I recommend anyone considering the property to ask for status on these concerns.

Our family had a wonderful time during our Thanksgiving week stay! Our host Mike was very accommodating and very responsive. The townhouse was extremely clean (even my socks stayed clean!) and all of the amenities were perfect! We enjoyed family game night with the pool table and foosball, and the hot tub was already heated and perfect. We felt very welcomed and cozy during our stay. I highly recommend this vrbo and will be staying here again in the future!

Perfect place to work remotely from, it had two desks in two separate rooms to allow two people to comfortably work from the condo. Kitchen had everything we needed including great knives which is rare (as someone who loves to cook good / sharp knives are essential). Area was quiet and host was great to deal with. I would definitely stay again.

After multiple visits to this condo, we feel like we are coming home. The location is great for all mountain and city activities. The condo is comfortable for hosting our SLC family members. And the best is a host who makes us feel well supported if ever needed.

We had a great stay at the house for a week while visiting family. The house was clean and had great amenities. The neighborhood seems very quiet and we even watched deer out the window on our last day! Hot tub is super nice to relax in. Host responds quickly and is very communicative. Fair warning to anyone who drives a full sized pickup(we had a Ram 2500), The neighborhood and driveway are a bit of a challenge. The roads in the neighborhood are narrow and the driveway is at the end of a road with not a lot of options for maneuvering. It's doable, just more work then we intended at the end of a 15 hour road trip. Don't let that deter you from staying here though, the house and stay is quite nice!

Very clean, spacious nice property. It was a great location in Sandy. We weren’t there for Skiing, but for hiking. There were many hiking trails very close. We were 2 minutes away from a grocery store and close to other attractions as well. It was so nice to have 3 floors and 3 rooms. The rooms were huge and the beds were comfortable. Really nice kitchen and very well stocked. We stayed with our baby and the climate control and pack and play were great. The best thing was that it was like 2 blocks from a nice little park!

Location is great and parking was easy at the property. Amenities like the pool table were awesome. Great standing desks and access to TVs. Not enough consumables like paper towels, and the kitchenware was not in the best shape. Bathrooms were also in pretty rough shape, like old/worn shower curtains that could be replaced and broken shower doors. The fans in the bathrooms also were not to be touched due to mold potential, but you couldn’t tell if they were turned on. Cleaners could do a bit of a tidier job putting away supplies, as we found various cleaning supplies littered throughout the house like it was wrapped up in haste.

Weekend Wedding

Wonderful stay - beautiful, well-appointed condo in convenient area. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and linens for all! Owner was very responsive when we had some difficulty with the locks and solved it quickly. Some beautiful hikes nearby for downtime. Will definitely use them again!

Enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean and spacious. All of the bedding was comfortable as well. Great communication with the host. We needed remotes for the downstairs TV and he addressed that quickly. It would have been nice to have more wash rags for bathing. With 5 of us in the house and 6 wash rags, I had to stay on top of washing them daily. Also, there were no dish towels that I could locate. Also note, the temp in the main floor can only be adjusted to 72 and some of my group found it a bit warm. With that said, I would recommend staying here, especially with a large group because of the ample space and sleeping arrangements.

Neat place, great host!
