  • Brand new remodel, perfect for family or friends. Centrally located just minutes away from downtown Salt Lake City, Sugar House Park, 15 minutes from the airport, and less than 25 minutes away from Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons & the greatest snow on earth! Hiking, mountain biking, historic Temple Square, and City Creek shopping center and much more all within 15 to 30 minute drives. Plenty of free parking too. This is the lower level of a newly remodeled duplex. Everything is brand new. There is also a work station with desk, keyboard, monitor and mouse.

The property was a great central point for our Salt Lake City/Park City events. Nicely updated and comfortable for our group. A few more dishes/silverware and a larger frying pan for cooking would be great. My only suggestion would be to get the plants/trees that are along the driveway and at the street entrance trimmed back. It’s very difficult to see when exiting the driveway onto the street.

House itself was great we had our own bathroom being 3girls it was great But I didn’t realize that there was another house above us.And you can hear everything they are doingOur neighbors happen to be really rude and made it difficult for us to sleep at nightWith that being said great location close to a lot of stores

This property is located in a nice, quiet, conveniently located location. House recently renovated and has plenty of room. We enjoyed having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 7 of us. Nice touches: - Fans throughout house - Craft ice maker- Condiments in kitchen - Shampoo/conditioner/bar soap provided - Gas grill Things that would have been ideal: - Tissues and more toilet paper- Body wash instead of bar soap - More kitchen towels- Washcloth- Room to put garbage in the can on the street - Window coverings in front room Host was very responsive too! When I asked about the grill, I didn’t get an answer BUT! They must have bought a brand new gas grill for our stay, because we were the first to use it. All in all, great experience. My review is more 4.5 than 4…only items identified above would have made things perfect!

The home was nicely remodeled. Very clean, accommodating space. Only downfall was having neighbors upstairs and no blinds/window coverings in living room. We enjoyed our stay and will be back in a few days.

Great place to stay for a family reunion

The townhouse is large and comfortable, we only had 6 people and the space could have accommodated more. Good location in South Salt Lake, easy access to grocery stores and the freeway

Our travel group spent 3 nights here. The house is freshly painted and the interior was well decorated. Everything is brand new. Beds are comfy and bathrooms were really nice! The house was immaculate....probably one of the cleanest we have seen. Proximity to sites around SLC was very convenient. The host was very responsive. This house was another VRBO gem! Would come here again!

Nice house

Home was very nicely remodeled. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy at first, but we had no issues during our stay. Only issue was a small ant problem in the very front of the house. Other than that, it was great.

Very nice accommodations...spacious, nice layout, newly remodeled. Only 2 things: cleaning left a little to be desired. Dust and stuff under beds, furniture, etc.Also,the connections/instructions for the TVs was non-existent. Advertise there are tvs, but can't use the services unless you connect to your own subscriptions(?).Im guessing because I did not get a response from the manager. For our stay, not that big a deal, but I'd had kids...would not have been good! Also, no backyard to speak of. Just bushes, weeds,etc.For our purposes, it was perfect

Family friendly

Nice rooms with plenty of space and gathering area for our group of 8. This is a duplex and the upper area was unoccupied during our stay. We had a short visit, but the area was quiet and we felt comfortable and safe. Plenty of amenities nearby and a short drive to the arena. Recognize that the 4th bedroom has triple bunk beds and is really set up for children since the space between the beds is small. Very enjoyable stay and the host is friendly and helpful.

Great place and location

Everything was great, except the house was really cold. Next time add curtains to the living room that will help with the cold living room and cold floors. Other than that it was great. Will stay again.

Awesome Property

Very nice and spacious. But the real challenge is there is an upper level that had people check in the same night we did and they were loud and jumping up & down. We can feel all that downstairs - need to do something about the noise. All else was superb!!

Salt Lake City stay

The home was clean and looked like it was very newly remodeled. The beds were comfortable and we fit 4 adults and 5 teens/pre-teens with no problems. We only wished that there were window coverings on the front windows and to have a few more kitchen wares and appliances, but we reached out to the owner about this and he responded that he would get those things right away for the next renters. Overall a great experience.

Clean and neat.

the house was clean and neat as new. location is great, so close to highway i-80. one suggestion I have is more kitchenets. the house have basic sets and they were just enough for our visit. however, I've seen many houses have extra kitchenets (more pots, knives, plates, bowls and etc.) and they could be useful at times. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay and I'm willing to come back.
