There is a shared patio and picnic area in the rear of the building. This back common area is only shared with 5 condo units!
This is a self-check-in property. We have a property management company that helps us monitor messages from 8:00 am to midnight MST, so you will always get a quick response if you need help. Housekeeper on site daily; can assist if needs arise.
The owner lives close to the property and has an active management role and is happy to provide recommendations for restaurants and entertainment in SLC!
This area is hip and diverse. It is so close to all that the downtown area has to offer.
The condo is within walking distance of the famous Red Iguana Mexican Food Restaurant, Coffee shops, Gateway Mall, Vivant Arena, The Union, The Depot, etc.
Trax (Light Rail), Bus, and the Front Runner train are all within two blocks of your front door!
Our building sits EAST of the I-15, in the Hardware District of Salt Lake City.
No vehicle is needed to get from the airport to your unit or to explore Salt Lake City! This entire area has gentrified over the last decade. Larger high-end mixed-use apartment buildings are shooting up all around, and public art installations and excellent public transportation infrastructure are right outside your door.
Like most urban areas, there are occasional homeless people that you may see walking by. We have never had any issues with any safety or theft, but we recommend taking your valuables into the condo to be safe.
Please do not pull your vehicle onto the driveway. It`s the next-door neighbor`s driveway and a Tow Zone.
Parking: There’s ample free parking on the street and no permit is required. See our reviews!
TRAX (light rail) comes from the airport right to the unit (3 min walk to it from the NORTH TEMPLE/GUADALUPE STOP), Uber and Lyft are very efficient in Salt Lake City and you can catch a ride to the unit from SALT LAKE INTERNATIONAL very affordably.
The front runner train has a stop less than two blocks away from your front door. Connecting you to Ogden and Provo.
Once you`re at the unit, you can walk to all the major downtown destinations easily. Abundant public transportation close by to explore the city if desired.
Also, the ski resorts are in close driving distance. Drive time: Park City (50min), Snowbird (39min), Alta (42min), Brighton (45min), Solitude (41min)
Smart lock on the door. You will be sent a unique access code to enter the unit. The condo is professionally cleaned. We have a housekeeper at the condo complex daily.
We are only a block and a half from the Union Event Center. When the Union is having a popular concert. It can put a lot of pressure on our street parking. After the event clears, parking goes back to normal.
Utah has a high desert climate, and as such, there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
We strive to offer affordable, clean accommodations in Salt Lake City; we love to suggest breweries, restaurants, activities, and events that can be easily accessed from our location. We are Salt Lake locals who live in the neighborhood, so please reach out. Pet Policy: We aim to make staying with your pet easy and affordable. We charge a $25 per night pet fee for up to 2 pets. This fee helps us manage the costs of being pet-friendly while keeping rates low for our pet-free travelers.
Important Details:
• No Impact Policy: Ensure your pet does not shed excessively or cause damage. We provide a Shark stick vacuum and a lint roller to help keep pet hair off for pets that shed. Pets must stay off furniture and bedding. All pet hair must be removed before checkout. Since our pet fee is so low, it does not include pet hair removal from bedding or furniture.
• Crating & Supervision: Crate your pet if left alone in the unit and ensure they do not disturb other guests.
• Leash & Cleanup: Keep pets leashed when entering/exiting and clean up after them.
• Liability: You are responsible for any damage or injury caused by your pet.
• Vaccinations & Behavior: Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and non-aggressive. ESAs are treated as pets under Airbnb policy. For more info: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1869
Additional Rules: • Locals: If you live in Northern Utah, please message us before booking. We welcome your booking but require a quick screening of all local bookings.
• Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests is 5. Violations may result in immediate removal without a refund. A $50 per person, per night fee applies for unauthorized guests. Please disclose all guests.
• Self Check-In: Follow instructions in the house manual, check-in guide, and app messages. Contact us via the app if you need assistance.
• Non-smoking property: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the unit and in common areas. A minimum $250 fee applies for smoking inside, and a $50 fee may apply for smoking in common areas.
• Late Check-Out/Unauthorized check-in: Unauthorized late check-outs incur a $50 fee. You agree to cover any financial loss from an extended stay without permission. Also, note that check-in before the designated time requires prior approval. Unauthorized early check-in may incur a $50 charge.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours start at 10 pm. Please respect this to ensure everyone’s comfort.
• Parking: Ample street parking is available. Do not block fire hydrants or driveway approaches. Avoid parking in the shared driveway or back lot; a $50 fee applies for unauthorized parking on the driveway and back lot.
• Pet Disclosure: Disclose all pets in advance. An undisclosed pet incurs a $100 fee.
• Alterations/Changes: Changes to dates or guest count after booking may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy agreed to at the time of booking. The host may charge for lost dates due to alterations.
• Retaliation Clause: Book in good faith and do not damage the host’s business. You agree to cover legal fees for any rule violations or damages that may arise from your stay.
Note: We have a washer and dryer in-unit for your use. Please make sure to bring your own detergent.

Extremely clean! Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Less than 15 min walk to The Delta Center. Also, if you stay here go to Koyote down the street. Amazing Ramen spot.
