Take advantage of the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances to whip up all your favorite recipes, then break bread or break out the board games at the nearby dining table. Meet up in the comfortable living area with a warming gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and flatscreen TV for streaming all your favorite channels. An additional TV lounge can be found on the lower-level - a great space for the kids to call their own!



Outside, the furnished patio is where you'll find a private hot tub to help soothe those slope-weary muscles in winter as well as a gas grill and a table and chairs for summertime cookouts. And for sleeping options, Cottonwood Heaven offers four cozy bedrooms including a private room on the lower-level plus three additional rooms on the top-floor.
