This is a 2 house unit. Excellent for larger parties. It is affordable. Close to ski hills and hiking trails. We stayed for 7 days I would do the following in advance if booking again:1. The cleaning service provides approximately 8 bath towels between the two homes. I asked for an additional 8 so each person in our party could have ONE towel… and we received 5. Future me would clarify that if the house sleeps 23 then 23 towels should be provided (or the number of guests in your party). Additionally, they provide 4 dishwasher tabs, 4 garbage bags and a bottle of dish soap that is maybe 2 oz. Again, I would clarify in advance that you want an adequate amount provided for your stay or be prepared to bring your own. 2. VRBO uses an AI chat and texts as the communication tool. I would call it frustrating as the hallucinations are real! We had some difficulty getting in and took the better part of 45 minutes managing their chat, and phone menus. The codes for the 2 houses are different and only one was provided. The associate on the phone stated they would send the code via text, and didn’t. So, stay on the phone until you get the code and the door opens. We did have a disposal not working that AI seemed responsive to getting a human on the job. Service was rendered promptly. Overall, a few hiccups. It served its purpose- a base to sleep, eat and get us to the ski hill.
