The Space:

Set in a breathtaking position along Marine Parade in Saltburn-by-the-Sea, this beautifully presented two-bedroom apartment offers a stylish coastal retreat with elegant interiors and plenty of natural light throughout.



The living room is thoughtfully designed, featuring a large window that floods the space with light, contemporary spotlights, and plush navy sofas perfectly positioned around a flat-screen TV. Modern wooden flooring adds a sleek finish, creating a space that is both comfortable and sophisticated. Just in front of the window, you’ll find a dedicated dining area with seating for four guests—an ideal spot to enjoy meals while taking in the bright, airy surroundings.



The living space flows seamlessly into a separate kitchen, which is both modern and calming in design. Crisp work surfaces, ample storage, and well-organised workstations make it as practical as it is stylish. The keys to The Coach House, Apartment 3 are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check-in.



One private parking space is available on-site. Please note: some parking on and around Marine Parade is now permit-holder / resident parking only. Please check signs and road markings carefully before leaving your vehicle, as parking in a resident bay without a permit may result in a penalty charge notice.



One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay at The Coach House, Apartment 3 per reservation.
