Spacious, Two Bedroom Condo at the Center of the Crystal Coast

  • Kitchen is fully equipped, with plans to be updated in the near future, and includes a dishwasher (as well as a washer & dryer). Master bedroom has a King bed and private bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 bunk beds: Queen/Extra-Long Twin & Twin/Twin. A 6 person kitchen table, along with 4 stools at the large island, affords plenty of room for eating, games, and puzzles. Private balcony holds a 6 person table for outdoor dining or just enjoying the sounds of the ocean.
    3 smart TVs (living room TV also has cable) and high speed WiFi Internet. Coded keypad for keyless entry. Less than a 2 minute walk from the door to the sand.
    Remodeled master bathroom (2023)
    NO SMOKING. NO PETS.
    Linens are included. (i.e. - sheets/pillowcases, bath towels & washcloths, bath mats, and kitchen towels & rags.) The linens will be in a bag at the front door upon arrival. Also, beds have pillows, blankets, and comforters.
    Rents Sunday to Sunday prime season (prime season runs from approx. the second week in June thru the second week in August).

    Colony by the Sea is a family-friendly complex with a quiet beach. It is conveniently situated in the middle of the island - 15 mins from both Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Pool, hot tub, charcoal grills, picnic area, and elevators are all on-site for guest use.

Lovely location and comfortable apartment - for price it would have been nice to have the beds made up before we arrived some basic supplies such as toilet roll washing up liquid and for international travellers some washing pods and sun chairs and shade would have been very helpful - otherwise mere stay was comfortable

Another great stay at Salter Path! Perfect location right on the beach, close enough to the main activities without all the crowds! The condo is spacious and comfortable with lots of great amenities!

We had an amazing stay. The property exceeded our expectations in every way, the host was incredibly responsive, and we will absolutely book again. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the location made it so easy to enjoy the area.

A little hick up on check in, but it all worked out great for a weeks stay. Rob is awesome to work with and communication with him is top notch. We highly recommend staying here, and we will be back.

We arrived to find a very clean and spacious condo. The view of the ocean is minimal however it is exactly as presented in the app. All TVs operated and the picture was the best. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Access to the beach was easy. The place was clean and the host was easily reachable for questions or concerns. This was our second stay and we will come back again. Just love the area of the beach and the condo unit.

We only stayed here for 3 nights in October. It rained the whole time but we really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owner was great and instructions for check in and check out were clear. It is very clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at the property, and we have thoroughly enjoyed it both times! The location can't be beat and the amenities are nice. We used the pool and yard games on the property every day. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.
