Entire house with private pool 5km from the sea

This beautiful home, the result of a conservative restoration carried out in 2022 by local craftsmen with love for the architectural history of Salento, awaits you in the village of Salve, 6 km from the golden, sandy beaches of Pescoluse.

The complex, entirely for your exclusive use, is divided into 5 separate units arranged around a courtyard with a private swimming pool. It's ideal for groups of friends or families who want to spend their holiday together, while keeping each one their privacy. In total there are 7 bedrooms (5 double and 2 single), 7 bathrooms and 4 equipped kitchens. Thanks also to the sofa beds, the residence can accommodate up to 14 people.

The units are divided as follows:

1) Unit A: the most elegant unit, with beautiful star vaults. It opens towards the courtyard with the swimming pool and has a large and very well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a large table and sofa bed, a spacious bedroom with a double bed and another sofa bed, two bathrooms with shower.

2) Unit B: accessible from both the courtyard and directly from the street, it has a double bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

3) Unit C: also accessible from both the courtyard and the street, it consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

4) Unit D: a large apartment furnished in industrial style and characterized by suggestive vaults. It has an open space with kitchen and sofa bed, a double bedroom created in an old room that previously housed a bakery, a single bedroom that can also be used as a study, two bathrooms with shower.

5) Unit E: bright apartment in Mediterranean style, consisting of a large open space with kitchen, dining area, sleeping area with double bed, a bathroom with shower, outdoor terrace.

The entire complex is air conditioned and has heating, it can therefore be used all year round. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets. There are 4 smart TVs and free unlimited wifi.

The outdoor spaces include a private swimming pool with salt water system (dimensions approximately 7 x 3.5m, variable depth max 1.40m), hydromassage jets and a waterfall; outdoor shower; a solarium and relaxation area with sun loungers and cushions; a barbecue; 3 pergolas with 2 sitting areas and a large table for eating together; a vegetable garden with organic aromatic herbs at your disposal; 4 terraces; a laundry room with washing machine and clothes horse.

There are numerous free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the house. Thanks to the central location in the charming village of Salve, essential services are easily reachable on foot: a supermarket is located a few dozen meters away; furthermore on Wednesdays there is the weekly market on the nearby piazza. On the same piazza you'll find an EV charger station. The friendly Tatamino bistro is 350m away, and numerous other restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, bars, bakeries can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. In 5 minutes by car you can reach the beautiful golden beaches of Pescoluse, which offer equipped lidos and free beaches. We recommend Lido Venere (5.4 km) and the free beach of Pescoluse (6.5 km).





🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €24 per person.

🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €180, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

🐶 Pets are NOT allowed in this property.

💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1000 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,45 on 24/02/2025, when this text was last updated, but as prices are fluctuating a lot, your actual price per kWh will be communicated a few days before your arrival based on the current market price.

We decided not to include electricity costs in the rent in order to: a) keep our rental prices stable despite inflation and b) incentivate our guests to use electricity responsibly, helping us to reach our sustainability goals. Thank you for your understanding.

- We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. - Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

- In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.
