BEACH HOUSE DETAILS AND AMENITIES
There is enough room for a group of 9 with 1200 square feet of living space.
Everything is included for a great stay:
- Bed linens & blankets with beds made
- Towels including facecloth, hand towels, bath & beach towels
- Coffee & tea bar
- Shampoos, conditioner & body wash
- Toilet paper for each bathroom

- Dish soap & dishwasher pods

KITCHEN
The large kitchen is well equipped with many appliances (crockpot, toaster, blender), utensils, plates, cups, pots, pans, coffee maker (k-cup and full pot brew).

BEDROOMS
-Bedroom 1: Master, king size bed, closet, mirror, smart TV with private bathroom with shower
-Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, smart tv.
-Bedroom 3: Twin beds, dresser, smart TV
- Bedroom 4: Double with single bunkbed, smart TV

EARLY CHECK IN OPTIONS: For an additional $50, our cleaners will prioritize cleaning the home for your arrival at 2pm instead of 5pm. This must be requested at least 2 days before your arrival

PETS: we accept up to 2 well-behaved housetrained dogs for $50/pet. Our house rules must be respected at all times.
- No pets are permitted on the furniture or in the beds. A $300 cleaning fee will apply if this rule is broken.
- Pets must be taken outside to relieve themselves (no pee pads in the house!). You MUST pick up after your pets.

HOUSE RULES:
- You must be 25 years old and present during the stay to rent this home in accordance with NC Vacation Rental Act
- No parties or events
- No more than 9 guests can occupy this property. If this is violated you will be evicted immediately and NO refunds will be provided
- You must disclose all pets. If you fail to disclose a pet, there is a $200 surcharge above the pet fee
- You are responsible for any damages you cause to the property during your stay. Trip insurance is highly recommended
- There is absolutely NO smoking or vaping in the home. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if there is smoking or vaping in the home.

- The dunes between the house and the beach are steep in areas and can be challenging for less active/abled fellows.
- The house is regularly treated for bugs & pests, however in this warm tropical climate you will experience bugs and small reptiles
**Hatteras is a barrier island. Beaches, dunes, and access can change due to erosion, reclamation projects and other factors.

We are local to the area should you need anything, but we take a hands off approach to let you enjoy your vacation
