On the second level, stretch out in the den with flat panel TV/DVD and queen sofa bed, or enjoy some quiet time in one of four cozy bedrooms. Choose from two masters (queen, 2 singles), a queen bedroom with semi-private bath and direct access to the hot tub deck, and a bedroom with 2 singles. The top level great room features stunning ocean views from the spacious living area with comfy furnishings and flat panel TV/DVD. A large, separate dining alcove with ocean views can accommodate large gatherings. The adjacent wide oceanfront sun deck with table and chairs is perfect for dining al fresco by the sea. After dinner, gather on the deck to watch the colors of the sky change from blue to purple as the sun sets while enjoying casual conversation accompanied by the sounds of the sea and salt air breezes. There is plenty of room for multiple cooks in the well-appointed kitchen with a roomy island bar. One additional spacious bedroom suite is nearby featuring a king bed and an intimate deck to take in the amazing ocean view. Adjoining is a semi-private bath with Jacuzzi tub. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
