“We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. Highly recommend this...

“Although a small apartment kitchen/dining, shower room and bedroom. Good balcony overlooking pool and out to see with uninterrupted views of those magnificent sunsets. You do need to hire a car. Although limited utensils we could make our own breakfast. Although there is breakfast available at 15€ pp. Plenty of places to eat locally all drivable. ”

“The view is beautiful and right in front of the ocean. The room is properly cleaned every day and comfortable. The manager MR Vasilis is being very helpful. One little thing to mention: the contact number on the website are out of date, before one week of our arrival, it’s almost impossible to get any responses as we need ed to sort out late arrival arrangements, we did panic. But once we are able to get hold of Mr Vasilis, communication was nice and smooth, he replied all questions promptly....

We only stayed overnight as we were travelling on to Lefkada the following day but everything was perfect. Nice restful night's sleep after the journey from Yorkshire. “Unsere Wohnung war sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die Küche hat einen großen Kühlschrank, eine Backofen/Herdkombination und eigentlich alles was das Herz begehrt. Draußen konnten wir uns auf der Terrasse entspannen, hatten einen großen Esstisch und genossen den Duft der Jasminbüsche. Der Besitzer Stavros ist sehr um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste bemüht. Er erledigt außerdem den Wäscheservice und kümmert sich um den Hauspool. Alles ist tadellos gepflegt. Parken auf dem Hausgelände ist kein...
