5 nights in Samsun

Nice city to visit, but it seemed not to be for tourist, it has beautiful sceneries but i could not reach. Trip for such smazing plsces only could be on Saturdays or Sundays otherwise you have to take a taxi and that will be so expendive. Lots of shopping places inside city of Samsun and was very good. My major transportations were by using tramway, just buy Samsun card gor 50 tl and charge it every time begote use from any station.

İdare eder

Herkese merhaba odaya girdimizde içilmiş su şişesi , açıkta bulunan yiyeceklerle karşılaştık odayı değiştirmeyi teklif ettiler ama üşündim. Klima vantilatör kadar bile soğutmuyordu . Oda çok çok sıcaktı havale geçirebilirsiniz haberiniz olsun , kahvaltı vasat 1 gece için kalınabilinir daha uzun olmasın :)

My overall stay at this hotel was great. Started off with no air conditioning which was worrying as it was super hot at the time but this was sorted by the end of the first night and the a/c worked well and had a lowest cold setting of 16°c. Also needed to ask for towels for the room but these were brought up right away. The main bedroom light flickered and we was told it would be fixed but no one came but the bed lights were enough to keep it light for the brief times in night we were there. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The shower worked well but I thought the toilet roll holder was too low. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the main square in Samsun. It's near a couple of petrol stations if you need some snacks or drinks but the hotel also sells some things too. Didn't get to try the breakfast but despite this and the other small inconveniences the hotel was well worth the money for two nights

Ich habe hier 1 Nacht im Familienzimmer übernachtet. Parkplatz: sehr wenige 1-5 Plätze vor dem Hotel vorhanden. Personal: War freundlich und hilfsbereit und bringen einen zum Zimmer. Ausstattung: Die Zimmer waren so naja. Kühlschrank im Zimmer funktionierte nicht, nichtmal Wasser vorhanden gewesen. Bettlaken waren teilweise befleckt. Klimaanlage leider viel zu laut. Alles in einem für eine Nacht zwar ok, - aber demnächst würde ich mich für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden.

Böyle kötü bir otel deneyimi uzun süredir yaşamamıştım. Sabah 9.30’da sıcak su yoktu artık başka bir şey söyleneye gerek yok.

Die Speiseauswahl war eher dürftig, Tee war in Kannen schon vorbereitet- der Geschack war sehr schlecht. Wer Instant Kaffee aus einem verdrekten Glas mag, der war hier genau richtig. Parkmöglichkeit absolut null, musste zahlungspflichtig privat parken.

The receptionist was not polite and he even didn’t find my reservation in the beginning and he finally found it and offered me a room which is in very bad condition and rejected it and then another receptionist I guess she was the real one changed my room which is better one.

Recommend to everyone

Very friendly and helpful staff even they helped to get my staff from taxi to hotel. They ordered taxi for me and while waiting taxi they organised tea break for me. Rooms very clean and every day cleaner tidied up my room with towel change. Only thing didn't like no free water in the room in case required during night time.

Güzel bir deneyim

Bina yeni ve temiz, yataklar konforlu, binada ufak tefek tadilatlar yapılması gerekiyor ama sorun değil onlar. Kahvaltısı biraz zayıftı peynir çeşitleri eklenebilir simit poğaça ilave edilebilir en önemlisi çaydı bayat bi çay içtik onu kesin düzeltmeniz lazım. Toz içeceklerden meyve suyunu da hiç koymazsanız daha iyi.

Zor durumda kalmadığınız sürece kalmamaya çalışın

Öncelikle temizlik konusunda berbat olan bu otelde tekrar kalmayacağımi bildirmek isterim..yer halıları lavabo klozet duş yerleri bildiğin pislik içinde..manzara desen o da yok bir tarafı önündeki bina ya bir tarafı otoparka bakıo...belki puan vericek olursam kahvaltısı idare eder diyeblirim

I don't like this Hotel

The staff was very rude and don't respect, making different stories just to collect the money from the foreigners. They wasted a lot of time just to take more money from us, as I already paid through Hotels.com. But they told us that if I will not pay more they will cancel our booking. The break fast was not good and not enough as you paid. Very small rooms. Far away from the city center. I don't like this hotel and will never stay when I will come to Samsun

Прекрасный сервис, отель понравился.

Прекрасный сервис, отель понравился. Персонал разговаривает на русском языке, что удивило. Очень чисто и уютно. Интернет работает отлично. Из минусов - очень маленькая парковка. Рядом есть большая, но она платная, отель с ней не сотрудничает. Немного тесно в комнате. Но это не критично. Могу отель рекомендовать. Город очень понравился - уютно, красиво и люди приветливые и не назойливые как в туристических города - не хватают туристов за руки и не навязывают продажи. Нам очень понравилось в этом городе. Были проездом, но вернемся обязательно. Отелю спасибо за сервис

Très déçu de cet hôtel. A part la jeune fille de laccueil et un serveur lors de petit dej. les employés sont desagreables voir même agressif pour certain. Même la femme de ménage ne veut pas dire bonjour. Ils servent le reste d'hier au repas. Le passage handicape bloqué, impossible de passer avec une poussette d'enfant. Cerise sur le gâteau le dernier jour. Nous avons commandé un taxi vip pour l'aéroport. Malgré nos 3 relances le taxi n'était pas la le jour J motif:oublié. Nous sommes vraiment très decus de nôtres sejour. C'est bien dommage car l'hôtel est bien situé et les chambres sont grand.

Otel konum ve hizmet olarak çok guzel.yeni kuruluş olması sebebiyle fiyat olarak cevre otellere göre gayet iyi. Tek eksiği odada mini buzdolabı olmaması onun da en kısa zamanda gidebileceğini düşünüyorum.
