The apartment on the ground floor has a separate entrance. It is about 70 square meters in size, has room for a maximum of 7 guests, has been modern and lovingly furnished and offers wireless Internet access. In the living room there is a comfortable couch with table and a modern flat screen TV with Surroundanlge and DVD player. There is also a dining table with chairs. The couch can be bedded if necessary for two guests. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-zone ceramic hob, extractor, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and fridge freezer.  The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has 3 single beds with bedside tables and reading lamps and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, vanity and has natural light. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun or relax with a glass of wine or Grilling. At your arrival are at an additional cost of 7.50 € p. P. the beds already with sheets, towels please bring with us.  

Welcome to Samtens on Rügen!   Our lovingly furnished apartments (separate entrance, 60 - 70 sqm, 1 living room, 0 - 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, shower / toilet, wireless internet, sitting area on the terrace with barbecue, max 7 guests) are located in a house that located in a quiet urbanization.   Our farm is located in the municipality of Samtens and is as a holiday home the ideal starting point to explore the beautiful island of Rügen. Whether for a visit to the Störtebeker Festival in Ralswiek, for swimming, fishing, for excursions and hikes or just to unwind. Enjoy the most beautiful days of the year in our apartments, away from the stress and hectic pace of everyday life. Let our soul dangle on our farm and find peace and relaxation on one of the most beautiful islands in Germany.   On our large property with orchard, terrace, barbecue area with barbecue, smoker and play opportunities you can move freely and enjoy your holiday. Depending on the season, you can also enjoy bushes and trees in our orchard. For the fishing enthusiasts our boat is available in the harbor Gustow. There are excellent fishing grounds (herring, hornfish, pike, zander, etc.). After a successful fishing day, you can also prepare your caught fish in our smokehouse, where we are happy to help if needed. Alternatively, you can freeze your catch until you leave.   Due to the central location and the very good transport links, you have from our farm the best opportunities to discover the island of Rügen by car, bicycle or by bus and train for themselves. nThe journey can also be made by car or train, as the train station is only a 5-minute walk away. In about 30 minutes you reach the kilometer-long, fine sandy beach of Prora / Binz. Other stretches of coast and destinations are also within easy reach in about 30 minutes. The nearest beach can be reached in 12 km quickly. The beautiful old town of Stralsund is only 16 km away and also a visit to the Ozeaneum is worthwhile.   At your arrival are at an additional cost of 7.50 € p.
