The owner coordinated Car Rental rentals for us and his house manager coordinated a cook a boat tour spearguns all kinds of awesome things and we could ask the manager about anything on the island he even picked up some groceries for us. I would definitely ask for the managers contact sooner because if he has a little more time, he can plan things out a little bit better for you then having to do it...
