“Location is close to town but the area is a little sketchy. Not the best houses around. There are cosmetic repairs that need to be made. No curtains on the front windows, outdoor lighting not working by the hot tub, gate to hot tub not able to latch without lifting the gate and latch is broken, tv is extremely small for the size of the room, bed needs new mattress and pillows, towel rod has been ripped off the bathroom wall.
