    Mi lugar está cerca de Pearl Brewery, Riverwalk, Trinity University, Fort Sam Houston, Brackenridge Park, SA Zoo, restaurantes y vida nocturna a poca distancia, parques, arte y cultura, excelentes vistas y el corazón del centro. Te encantará mi lugar por el vecindario, la vida nocturna, la cama cómoda, el espacio y la cocina. Mi lugar es un gran lugar para parejas, aventuras en solitario y viajeros de negocios. Este apartamento es un apartamento privado y no tiene espacios compartidos. Hay estacionamiento cubierto en la parte de atrás. Mi espacio es muy cálido, acogedor y, sobre todo, muy cómodo. Tendrás un televisor 4K, cable y reproductor de blu ray para una noche de Redbox. Te sentirás bien en casa. Todo lo que necesiten mis huéspedes lo acomodaré lo mejor que pueda para que su estadía sea relajante. El vecindario es muy agradable y puedes caminar a los restaurantes a una cuadra de St. Mary's St. y escucha música en vivo en los diferentes lugares de la calle. El zoológico de San Antonio está a un paseo en bicicleta, así como Riverwalk, Pearl Brewery y el centro de San Antonio.

Cute and comfortable!

The apartment was the absolute cutest! The bathroom and kitchen were well equipped with every need. It was accurate to the pictures and it was very clean and maintained. The owner was kind enough to leave her number if there were any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend this cute property to anyone traveling!

The Perfect Place and The Perfect Host

Katherines Condo is charming in decor, the location is perfect, and the amenities are outstanding. The very detailed interior and care she put into the interior design reflects how she treats her guests. The building is also very peaceful and quiet with ample porch lighting, security and covered parking. I’m a software product designer working Remote and Onsite so I need a fast internet connection. The Internet Wi-Fi connection is very fast and it allowed me to video conference and get work done online. The kitchen and rest of the Condo as well has absolutely everything and is complete as any house. The master bed is wonderful and plush with a wide screen TV. Since I was a long-term resident Katherine did my towels and bed linen laundry for me on a regular basis. While staying here it felt more like a home than a temporary stay. I especially enjoyed access to the Pearl, Downtown and all San Antonio has to offer. One last but not least benefit is Katherine works with you to make your stay a wonderful experience.

Road-trip getaway

My wife and I came down from Dallas for a long weekend. Very clean, well-furnished place. Good location. Katherine was very attentive. We'd stay there again.

Perfect location, right next to the Pearl!

My parents and I stayed here while they were in town for a graduation ceremony. Katherine was so nice, professional, and cordial! Everything we needed was there (kitchenware, toiletries, linens, shampoo/conditioner). She even brought us more fresh linens part-way through our stay. The location was perfect, being a 5-10 minute walk from the Pearl, which has wonderful restaurants/coffee shops and a great farmers market on weekends. You can also take a boat ferry from the Pearl down to the Riverwalk, which helps you avoid the hassle of parking downtown. There was plenty of parking and the place was nice and quiet. There's even patio chairs on the front porch with wind chimes, which was a great place to read a book. Overall, this place is definitely worth the money and we loved every minute of it.

Great apartment

Felt like it was on the border of a not great neighborhood but it was a cozy, warm and very comfortable apt. It was quite large and nicely furnished. Had everything we needed. Very narrow drive-way but manageable. Would stay again but we didn't feel like it was within walking distance of the RiverWalk. Very easy access to interstate and other areas.

We are from Michigan and visited San Antonio recently and stayed here. The apartment was beautiful and the art was spectacular. Apt was very clean. Loved the spaciousness and bed was quite comfortable. We were able to walk to the Riverwalk and Pearl Brewery. Downtown was right there as well. Katherine was very responsive and gave us great suggestions on where to go and eat. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!
