Pros: close to base, smelled new, a nice backyard with a fire pitt, spacious enough for 6 adults. The management team was very responsive.Cons: The house was not the cleanest. The baseboards had a build up of dirt, some of the utensils were left in the drawers with dried food. Someone dropped something that rolled under the couch and he almost didn't want to get it because it was covered in dust and dirt. A Cherrio was found in the bunked room. No top sheet on the top bunk. Tried to make brownies, but don't think the oven was working because it never heated up to the correct temperature. One of our towels had a white residue, so we had to do laundry. There were no extra towels left, but when contacted, they brought over more towels. We didn't think there were pot holders, but we found them on the last day under the sink. Although the backyard was nice, the view is of a landfill and trucks going in and out all day. Overall, it served our purpose. It was nice to have everyone together.

The home was very nice and clean. Neighbors were friendly with lots of young children. For a family of 5 we could have used a couple more towels and wash cloths. But overall the stay was enjoyable.

Our family enjoyed our stay in San Antonio. It was comfortable, had all the amenities we needed (kitchen, bathroom, etc) and the candy dish was a huge hit with everyone. The location was perfect. Centrally located for the Lackland AFB graduation, visiting Riverwalk, Seaworld and the Alamo.

The house was spacious and comfortably fit our group of nine people. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and the property itself had good potential. However, there were a few issues that could be improved for future guests. The laundry room door would not close properly, and there were not enough towels provided for a group of our size. We also noticed there weren’t enough trash bags available for the kitchen or bathroom trash cans. In the backyard, there were quite a few wasps and bees, which made it difficult to spend time outside. Inside the house, the glass coffee table and side table felt a bit unsafe since they were easy to bump into while walking around. After a few of us stubbed our toes and legs, we moved them to a corner for safety. The shower curtains also appeared dirty, and we noticed small bugs both around and inside the house. The house itself is nice and spacious, but some of the amenities and maintenance could use improvement to make the stay more comfortable.

Did not care for the neighborhood. Big landfill as the scenery for the back yard. Bathtub had a big hairball in the windowsill, master tub was not clean and couldn’t get the body wash to come out of the dispenser , water did not drain properly when we got a shower in the master bath. Not one lamp in the whole house and no ceiling fans, no place for my husband to plug in his charger in the room because the modem and other things took up the outlet. I could go on. It was fine for a newer home but I’m sorry, I can’t recommend.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay; however, the location wasn’t ideal as it was a 25 minute drive to downtown which is where we spent most of our time while we were in San Antonio. Also, the house was fairly clean and well decorated but we did notice some rather large spider webs in some of the corners and my daughter found a live scorpion in the tub. Also, there were some small insects in the bathroom. The TVs in the bedrooms are very small.

This property was everything we were looking for. It was well stocked with everything we need to make it our home for a few days. From towel to bedding and a kitchen stocked with everything we need to make our new Airmen his favorite meal. We also used the patio to sit in the evening for relaxation. My daughter felt at home as well. They claimed their rooms as soon as we walked in the house which speaks volume to their comfort level of out stay.

Convenient place to stay

Its a really nice place, but it lacks lots necessary supplies. Especially dishes, pots, pans, spatulas etc.. I messaged the person in charge because the frying pans that i wanted to use where really dirty like they had grease and it was just wiped away. There was a pan with burned food on it and it was put away like this completely burned and the others were very scratched. There was one big plastic spatula only. The coffee maker didn't work so we just bought instant coffe packets and heated water in the microwave for cofee. We only had 5 towels and we were 7. Had to wash the towels daily. No detergent was provided for that so we bought one. I have stayed at many places before and if they had washer and dryers they also provided detergent. Also only one bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash the other one had nothing. Also found lots of spider webs in the corners of the ceilings and walls. I don't want to encourage people from staying here, because these are things that can be fixed right away. I messaged them about it so hopefully whoever stays there next will have a better experience.
