This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you`ll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.
Looking for a morning walk? You`ve come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it`s very safe to walk around.
The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space inside the garage and on the driveway (4 cars). NO sidewalk blocking. NO street parking. MAX 4 CARS AT ALL TIMES.
We offer an EV charging station for your convenience (Juice Box Level 2 & 220v Charge Port).
This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.
• There is a railroad behind the home; we provide white noise machines and earplugs for guests with sensitive ears.
• Please note that though the listing shows 7 beds, there are only 4 actual beds. The 2 “single beds” are 2 twin-size foldable beds, and there is 1 queen-size sofa bed, and 1 crib.
• Guests can hire a private hibachi chef for their stay, but the outdoor space may be tight for the setup.
• We own another property on the same street. Have more than our 12 guest max? You can also book that to sleep up to 32 guests!
• For the hot tubs, the maximum temperature is 104°F. Guests are advised to use the control panel and keep the covers on when not in use to retain heat and maintain cleanliness.
