Great!

Everything was great, from the booking to the checking out. We had my daughter’s birthday party, it was only for her and her friends it was nothing huge. House was very clean. Only thing missing wash dish soap if you want to wash dishes by hand and not in the dishwasher, but it wasn’t a big deal. I would stay here again.

There are pros AND cons

I want to start by saying the fact that this property allows events with 10 people is amazing. Most properties don't allow those sorts of things. Although, we did have some complaints. When we arrived, the house was set to 86 degrees which took the entire day the night to finally get to around 70. If we hadn't booked the property for 2 days, the event would have been a mess with a bunch of sweaty people. Also, the upstairs didn't have a pleasant smell. Most likely because the house was kept at 86 degrees. Overall, this might have been a one-off episode (maybe the owner forgot to set the AC). If the owner fixes these 2 problems, I'd rate minimum 4 stars!

Not a good stay.

We were expecting this home to be as it appears to be on website. As much as I tried to ignore the dirty floors, spider webs, we notice most things needed maintenance, faucets, door nobs, games are FALSE advertisement they were not working as well. Yard or patio was not clean & back gate did not close, wasnt safe to have kids outside. I never have left a review like this but when I did reach out to the property manager he was not professional at all. I’d hate for others to go through what we went through. Not enough cleaning supplies, toilet paper, laundry detergent I had to buy some. Hope this will only motivate the property manager to be more attentive and that guests know what to expect for their trip. A clean home makes people feel comfortable. When being on vacation the last thing you want to do is to clean instead or relaxing.

Avoid--creepy extortionists

Positives: The arcade is awesome! The place is big and spacious and the pictures depict if fairly well.Bad: The property management company is going to monitor the Ring camera to see who is going in and who is going out. There are also a Lenovo Smart Clock 2 in each of the bedrooms. These clocks can be internet enabled AND have microphones. We ended up with my girlfriends daughter staying with us (so one more than we had made a reservation for). I also did not probably check the pet box when making the reservation—that was completely my fault. The management company first contacted me at 12:46pm regarding the extra guest and pets. Easy enough--I thought--but because I had not paid by 6:30pm (less than 6 hours later) they said they were not longer "authorized" to accept payment for the extra guest and pets and that I was now subject to the maximum rate for that stay--so they wanted another 750! This policy was not previously disclosed or provided to me. That seems like extortion to me.Luckily we had a family friend that could put us up, so we bailed. Due to creepy factor of them monitoring your comings and goings AND potentially monitoring the inside the house as well as the attempt to shake me down for more money, I would discourage anyone from staying here.

The house was very clean. Communication was given a 3 due to them using a app to contact me which I do not have. They contacted me through VRBO, which I do not have and missed they wanted me to do laundry and take the trash out. House rules should have been on their Expedia profile or at least a hard copy in the unit. I did not do because we had already left when the email message came in and I could not respond without downloading the app. Communication should have been done through Expedia, like it was initially. I also think they should have in their profile that all bedrooms are upstairs. Several neighbors dogs barked all day and night. Grass was not mowed so we didn't use fire pit and a bush partially covered the walkway. The beds were comfortable. They left snacks which was a nice touch as well. A couple laundry pods, dishwasher pods would have been nice. Very few coffee pods available as well and we had a reservation for 4 adults. Not enough towels either. Downstairs bathroom had nothing to dry hands.

Picture of very deceiving there was no green grass and yard was full of broken tree branches. Had to worry about being locked out as the battery on front door lock was about to die when we checked in on the first day. I informed the owner about it and he didn't do anything to resolve this matter. House looks bigger in the pictures. not to mention the stairs going to the bedrooms upstairs.

Fun family spot

Traveled to SA for a swim meet. We were minutes from the pool with plenty of bed space for my swimmer and cheering crew. It was so nice to have a kitchen and space to lounge. Pac-Man, ping pong, cornhole were all a big hit with the tweens! The home was thoughtfully appointed and we really appreciated the welcome basket of goodies - thank you!

Great property conveniently located to the La Cantera area

The property is in a convenient location with access to many different things to do on the Northwest side of town. Property is clean, beds were comfortable, with cute amenities for young kids and teens (video games, darts, etc.). The showers could use a bit of an upgrade (really just the fixtures) but something the owners I am sure are on top of...I would stay here again.

Amazing Stay

We visited San Antonio for a short visit to Six Flags and I found this home for our family to stay in. Our neice and nephew's were so impressed with all the gaming equipment the home had along with the backyard. We found the property to be clean and very pleasant. The bedrooms were well sized and provided everything. They even had extra toiletries if you were to forget anything. The big thing i enjoyed was having a table big enough to seat everyone at the same time. The owner was great to communicate with, very responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great place for family vacation

We loved staying here. We had 5 adults and 4 kids ranging from 14 to an infant. The check in process was easy but we were asked to check in an hour after the time that was listed on our booking confirmation (which for us wasnt a big deal luckily). They had a play station, x box, and a nintendo switch, which was a big hit. Overall it was a great stay, easy transaction, and comfortable facilities.

Super Fun House was perfect!

My family and I booked the Super Fun House for a spring break getaway! The game systems and namco game station were great to have because it rained on one of the days. There were enough games to keep everyone occupied. They have tvs in the bedrooms which was a huge plus and the beds we’re comfortable. The home was well kept and Ramiro was awesome and responds very quickly. I’ll be back with friends next Fiesta! Thanks Ramiro!

Family weekend

I was here with children and grandchildren for Visit to six flags. The house was as pictured and the kids went straight to the games when we got there. The kitchen was well stocked , even child friendly dishes. Loved the extra toiletries in master bathroom. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. TVs in all bedrooms which is a big plus for my family. Did not need to communicate too much with the host except for a hello and goodbye message, but those were promptly returned. Would rent again! Oh yes! Only 5 min from Six Flags!

Loved the Game House
