Pool heating must be scheduled and confirmed prior to arrival so we can have it ready for you. If you change your mind before a scheduled day, just let us know and you won’t be charged.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.

While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. 🐕Pets ARE allowed. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required PER pets:🐈

1 - 7 nights = $20 per pet per night
8 - 29 nights = $200 flat rate
30 nights or more = $300 flat rate

There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $300 fee.

We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.

Outdoor security cameras covering entrances of the house for security such as the front door, garage, side door, backyard door, and backyard entrance.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 9pm - 8am EVERYDAY. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund.

STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY
No parties or events/gatherings. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property no refunds. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions.

Parking
You can fit about 2-4 cars on the driveway and a few more spots on the street.

Pets
For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered, no exceptions.
