First let me start by explaining that this is not a Five star Hotel it is a Five Diamond Hotel wiich means:
A Five Star hotel signifies high quality with a luxurious atmosphere, while a Five Diamond hotel represents the highest level of luxury and personalized service within North America, as determined by AAA's independent inspections.
this was not the case, we stayed there for 4 nights house keeping only changes towels and does the beds they do not clean daily even though we specifically said we needed the room to be allergy free, they forget to restack courtesy water and coffee and since they do not have housekeeping or room service after 4:00 pm you have to go to front desk to get things yourself, also be aware it is the same thing with the concierge service.
Check Out day they do not even wait for you to go down for check out they slip your bill throught the door and if you want a late check out the latest is 12:00 pm past this time they charge you and extra $60.00 dollars.
Also be aware the bathroom floor of the hotel rooms even thought they claim to be a luxury Hotel the floor is not anti slip
so be cautios.
The location of the Hotel is good and the satff is kind although for the price you pay I would choose another hotel. Once again this is not a luxury hotel.
We would not stay here again.
