The host was very kind and let us check in early because of arriving in town before check in time. We really appreciated that but as soon as we arrived we realized what was in the pictures and the description of the property was very deceiving. Electrical sockets hanging out of outlets, missing handles on kitchen cabinets, holes in wall where toilet paper holders were suppose to be (not to mention no toilet paper in some bathrooms), hand towel metal hangers lying on the floor, sticky kitchen counter tops, just to name a few.The beautiful pool and hot tub that was pictured was dirty and not clean at all. Hot Tub was beyond disgusting with mold growing in it. (We contacted the Host and she did send someone over to clean them. The pool was usable but the Hot Tub was still disgusting. Didn't even look like they had attempted to clean it!)2 Metal Shower Handles fell off while family members were using them. One of them being a child and it fell on their foot. The Master Suite Toilet seat was not attached at all, just sitting on toilet. The Casita bed had been slept in. Hairs in sheets and on pillows! General cleanliness was not even up to par. We had to wear shoes always because our socks turned black because of filthy floors.Property landscape was overgrown with weeds and dead palm tree leaves blocked path to pool.The amount of safety and cleanliness were overwhelming! We are use to great VRBO properties, so we know those standards were not met!
