Well, the property took a deposit, everything in the property probably wasn’t worth 150 at a thrift store. It was like so uncomfortable that I thought roaches were gonna come out from somewhere. The furniture was dilapidated, the closet door in the master bedroom was missing one of the doors, The beds were all lumpy and old. I was only there one night because I came back the next day after making sure I locked the sliding glass door and it was unlocked when I got back so I felt it was unsafe and I left. I strongly recommend you pick another place. I also don’t think the positive reviews on here are positively true

Overall our stay was very nice, however when we arrived, the unit was not clean. We needed to purchase cleaning products to clean the bathrooms and bath tubs. We also needed to clean all the floors because they were very dirty. Considering we paid a cleaning fee this was not a service that was provided. Also it was posted that the sofa was a sofa bed and it was not a pull out bed. Our daughter needed to sleep on the couch which was not very comfortable for her. Regardless we enjoyed our stay. If it was clean and had the pull out sofa it would have been perfect.

We were very disappointed with this stay. It was well below the standard we expect from Vrbo properties. We had to clean the bathrooms and kitchen before use. We saw roaches on the counter tops. The front screen door had a string for a handle. The closet door was completely detached in the master bedroom. The coffee maker took, quite literally, over an hour to brew a pot of coffee. We were uncomfortable for the whole stay. Though we've had great stays using Vrbo in the past, I will be leery of using them in the future because of this visit.

Lackland Air Force Graduation

It worked really well for our adult group. AC worked great! Having two and a half bathrooms was awesome. There is no outside playing area if you have small children. The location was great for us!

Great location for BMT graduation

We stayed for BMT graduation. The area around the property was not the best but the property itself was great. Nice and quiet. The distance to Lackland was almost perfect. Wish there was more seating than just one couch but we just sat at the table. And maybe add some TV’s to the bedrooms would be nice. This is a townhouse, not a house as I thought when we reserved it. All and all it was a pleasant experience though. Communication was super easy with the owner. They were very prompt with responding. We would use them again!

Close to Lackland AFB

Close to Lackland AFB. Great because we got to spend more time with our Airman! Price was also reasonable for what we needed. Clean & smelled fresh when we arrived. Contact with the owners was exceptional. Concerns about property did not impact our stay. Pictures were a little different from the actual property. Shower/tub upstairs had some significant rust & the showerhead was very low (tall family). Toilet seats in the upstairs bath & kitchen bath were VERY loose! Both my husband & I almost fell off the seat. In the description, said soap, shampoo, conditioner, necessities, etc. were provided. We found there were small samples of each (similar to hotel samples, but even a bit smaller) & not enough for the 4 people who were staying there. Went to store for more. A few laundry pods were provided. Toilet paper seemed to be not enough for a family of 4 for our 4-5 day stay-1 roll per bathroom. The hall closet upstairs was unlocked when first arrived-we did our "tour" of the house to get our bearings. It did have more blankets & toilet paper-we were thankful as we needed the extra blanket for "heaviness." When we returned from the base later in the day, the closet was then locked. So, we were unsure if people came in the which was a little disconcerting as we had our belongings laying out. Though this was not exactly as what the pictures showed, it was sufficient for our needs in seeing our Airman graduate.

Great for the price

I enjoyed my stay there. The hosts were great and responded fast to messages here in the VRBO app. If I ever need to goo back to San Antonio I would definitely check with these guys again. Everything was clean when we arrived.

Excellent option vs a hotel

My family and I stayed at this location to visit my brother for his BMT graduation. We selected a VRBO vs a hotel due to the comparable costs and the amount of space/amenities provided. This VRBO met our expectations and made it much more comfortable to hang out at compared to a hotel!

The 2nd day no water to use before we went graduation. That was an inconvenience for my family and me. The vent cage near washroom fell done and would not attached, so we had to keep it hanging. The lamps in living room and 1st bedroom did not work at all. Overall it was ok!

Quiet neighborhood

Came to visit my son graduating from Lackland. The place was quiet and easy to get to base. It could use more seating in living area and some better kitchenware but otherwise it was fine for what we needed.
